Cara Mobile Oil Change & Auto Repair Service

I’ve used Cara Mobile Oil Change twice now, and both experiences were fantastic! Steve was the mechanic who helped me, and he went above and beyond each time. Not only did he handle my oil change efficiently, but he also provided valuable support when I had engine issues. He explained everything clearly, which was really informative and reassuring. The convenience of having the service come right to your door is unbeatable, especially with their fair and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Cara Mobile for their excellent service and professionalism. I'll definitely continue using them in the future!

it was a great service my car had completely died and they diagnosed it and fixed the starter Instead of having to pay the tow company and then pay for the repairs and the parts. I was able to buy a starter and they were able to put it in for me and it was so fast it only took about one or two hours. very professional they have a truck full of tools And they are able to come to your location and completely fix the car

I saw this Company ( Cara Mobile Oil Change & Auto Repair Service ) on the website. After doing some very long research. I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade, and needed Alternator. I was how surprised how very good the Customer Service ( Shantel ), made it so easy for me. Also the Mechanic ( Jonas ) showed up so quickly, and the Service that he provided was done so fast & complete. Thank You, Cara. Will be contacting your company again soon. Williams did a great job changing my oil which required a bit more work than expected but he figured it out! Britanie, my agent was on top of my appointment from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Nightmare experience with this company. Made appointment Monday morning for 1pm to change alternator. Mechanic showed up at 4pm and didn't bring the part. Promised to come back 10am in the morning came at 12 noon. At 3:30 tells me he needs more parts and he has to come back the next day! 3 full days to change an alternator. When I continued the dispatcher about all the time they wasted they were acting like they were doing me a favor, no apologies were offered.

Now that’s get to the part where he left me and my 2 year old baby stranded in the cold with a dead car battery wasted money on a uber because I had to rush to get to the car because he came a hour early they told me 11:45 he got there at 10:50 and had a attitude problem with me sitting in the van did not greet me or introduce his self after about 5 minutes I’m paying customers and got treated like this in front of my son he told me I don’t need this job and pull off with my car stuck on the side of the road again with my 2 year old son who does that to person with a kid he have no heart God will do the work for me JONAS NEED to be fired ASAP I will be contacting a lawyer first thing tomorrow morning the worst employee every if you guys keep him he will lose a lot of customers and money the customer always right my son was crying because he was not able to go to the bounce house that I promised him all because of evil spirits JONAS no need to act like yall care because yall don’t I want the world to know what type of person y’all have working for yall JONAS
