Called to make an appointment for front end alignment for later in the day. Nick said I could bring car in right away if it was convenient. Arrived about 8:30am and Sal wrote up my alignment order and I also asked if they could check cabin filter also. Sal kept me posted about alignment progress and brought me a printout showing what adjustments were needed. Shortly thereafter, the technician showed me the cabin filter which definitely needed replacing. They ordered the filter and it arrived quickly. Work was completed by just after 10:00am. The customer waiting room was very clean and included a Keurig with selection of coffees. This was my first visit to Car Aid Van Dyke and was very impressed. Was treated respectfully, work was completed promptly and to my total satisfaction. It was a great first impression and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Car Aid Van Dyke for a good first experience.

Great experience! Nick answered the phone, first contact. Very accommodating and good listener - got my RAM 1500 in the very next day, when the dealership said it'd be 8 weeks til they could work on it, and got it back the following day. Front wheel hub & bearing....and did a thorough safety inspection. Took care of the hub at a good price and no pressure on any of the other issues they found, though I will be back for the tie rod and alignment. I'll do a lot of my own work too, but you're now my go-to guys for repair work I can't handle.

They were able to align my new lifted truck the same day I called. The truck drives perfect and I was in and out in an hour. Highly recommend them for an alignment and you can definitely trust them with a lifted truck.

I just had a great experience at car aid. I was in a pinch and really needed a part installed on my truck. They were willing to work with me right away. These guys are great because they are open and have mechanics on hand when the dealerships don't. They have a great tech named Gio and he was able to diagnose an issue that my dealer wasn't. I highly recommend these guys they are great!

Car aid truly cares about their customers, and they don’t take a single bit of business for granted. Not only do they offer compassionate and communicative customer service, but they get the job done quickly and efficiently. They fixed my heat within the same day that I went to them, and communicated/updated the process the entire time. Of course I’m not saying that every fix will be a one day or few hour process, but they do aim to be as quick as they can for quality service. They make sure that you feel valued and heard, which as a young woman, especially means a lot. I find that many mechanics hear a woman’s voice and immediately try to upsell or lie to make more profit, and I cant afford to play games for poor service. I know that I’m getting the best when I go through this establishment. With kind and welcoming front desk employees, hard-working and knowledgeable mechanics, and a passionate well-articulated owner, this business has the dream team. I will be a returning customer for as long as I live in the county.
