Truck was there 16 months no communication was lied to every time I call about the progress of the truck School buses come first Any other body shop for the same repair is done in one month and that’s a fact because I have had the same repair done else were. The first truck I took to them they said the water tested it which was a lie. First rain water leak in to the dash. There won’t be a third time

They charged 1438.50$ which I think is extortion They charged with 225$ for tow driver who didn't want to work and was rude. They promised to send a tow truck that Monday but asked to reschedule for the following day. Can I charge them for failing on there promise and waiting time? 506$ for body labor even though I explicitly told them I needed a estimate only. I know it doesn't require 5.5 hours of labor to come up with a estimate. And worse of all, they charged 495$ for "inside stall tie up for 165$ a day X 3" How can they charge opportunity cost? Phil the owner was rude and said "get your truck out of here asap" I sent a tow truck because their website says they close at 5pm but they close at 4pm. I never imagined an estimate can be this much. From my recent experience in dealing with capital collision and Phil I can say that they're extortionist who do bad business.
