Camper Pros came to our location while camping. He fixed our A/C quickly and took the time to make sure it would continue to work successfully. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done in a single service. I would/will definitely use Camper Pros again!

Camper Pros are awesome! I am leaving to go camping on Wednesday and Ross and Walt came out and got me going! Big shout to Heather as well. She does a lot of behind the scene work that gets you the parts needed to get you back on the road! Nice to have someone this honest that does great work in a small town like we are in. Thank you team would not be the best Camping experience if you had not got me up and rolling!!!!!

Ross comes thru again! I replaced my batteries with lithium and had a problem charging them. I was leaving the next day for a trip and they were booked out several days. Ross called back, did some over the phone troubleshooting. He worked me in. He found the problem and fixed it in just a few minutes. While he was at it, he inspected my roof. He found a potential leak and fixed it too. His charge for time and knowledge was very reasonable. You can trust this company to be fair and honest!

Excellent service, from initial phone call to work completion. Came earlier than originally quoted and did a thorough repair of my slide awning. Also checked the roof and caulked a bunch of spots where it was needed. I would highly recommend this company for any RV service needs.

Ross came by with Walt and they did the best job ever on our Class A Rv. We had a small leak in the front and needed the roof resealed. Ross and Walt took care in removing the old roofing material, dried it and then put 2 fresh coats on it. We had never set up an Rv before so they showed us how to de-winterize water system and check everything worked ok. All did except one faucet in the shower which Ross had a replacement on hand and immediately replaced it. They also checked our tires and noticed they were old. We had the trailer inspected and both roof and tires passed. So glad they took a look for us.

I can’t remember the last time I have received this level of customer service. After reading on line reviews I called Camper Pros to hopefully schedule an onsite service call to address my hot water heater issue. Heather answered my call and listened to my needed repair. She informed me that Ross was responding to a call in the same campground and that he would stop by and look at my issue when he completed his service call. I met with Ross and he diagnosed the problem. He quickly had the hot water heater working and provided me with preventative maintenance information for future potential issues and left me with a spare part that will be invaluable when needed. Ross did a quick inspection of my roof as well, and took time to answer other questions for me related to a solar panel replacement on a slide in camper I own as well. I’m grateful to have met Ross and appreciate him taking time out from a busy day to help me out. Never once felt rushed or hurried. Professional!

Ross the Boss, Heather the “Real” Boss and Walt are incredible to work with. I had them perform a “pre-delivery” inspection and Walt was very through and noted several problems from the manufacturer that were corrected before the final walk-through and delivery. I highly recommend getting an inspection because once you leave the lot, it’s a real challenge getting warranty work scheduled at most dealers. After delivery, Camper Pros came out and “blocked up” and leveled our destination trailer for a long term stay. A great team to work with!

These guys know what they’re doing! Our Grand Design TT had a recall issue which they ordered and installed the part so I asked Ross if he’d inspect it while they were here. The roof had a couple of small leaks, the wheel bearings needed greased, and they replaced an anode rod that was ready to be replaced. The slide-out had a couple of places in need of sealing which they took care of as well. They did all this in less than an hour and the cost was less than I expected! Ross and Walt know their RVs and were friendly and professional. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!

They did a great job! They came out to Tryon International Equestrian Center and fixed the problem with our window leak. Very quick response time, very reasonable cost wise as well. One of the better mobile RV repair companies I’ve dealt with…and having a class A I’ve dealt with a lot. Definitely recommend!
