Anthony, the shop's service advisor and two of his mechanics, both of whom are Jose, represent work done right. Their professionalism made for another completed repair to a 1992 Acura Legend. From the replacement of the original crankshaft position sensor, my peace of mind is secure! Thank you for being dependable to me!!

Watch out for these guys. Campbell Motor center preformed a complete brake job on my Tacoma, pads, rotors and clean and adjust the rears. Whatever they did necessitated another complete brake job within 14k miles. The failure was so bad that the entire brake system front and rear had to be replaced. They would not admit fault and would only give me a reduction in parts cost. This cost me $1,500.00 on top of the $900 I paid for the original brake job less than12 month earlier.

I have been a costumer for a long time. Campbell Motor Center is my go-to maintenance car shop. It is efficient and organized. It’s always easy to find an appointment. I like the new system where you get notified on your phone of their recommendations to accept or decline. They are thorough and prompt. Anthony, at the front desk, always provides excellent costumer service.

First time visiting and I will be back! I have always serviced my Honda CR-V at the dealership - always. This last visit I was TIRED of the upselling of services and every simple oil change turned in to a 1K+ repair. After being told I needed to replace the stabilizer bar link I decided to try another garage. Honda wanted to charge me almost $800 just for the installation and alignment. Anthony gave me a quote over text under $500 (installation and alignment)! He even got my car in the SAME DAY! The work was done promptly and he even found a very dirty air filter that Honda missed at the previous day's oil change. I am thrilled with the service, the amazing communication, and you can not beat the price. Highly recommend!

Anthony and his team are very thorough at what they do. They start by providing you with images and details of items that need repair. My transmission fluid was very dirty. Then, you make your choice and do your own research based on information provided. At first, the car felt really good, but then all a sudden the transmission skipped when I was on the highway a few days later. So I, Googled it and Google said, "however, if the old fluid was very dirty, you might initially notice a slight slipping sensation until the new fluid fully circulates through the system." This eased my mind and my car runs smoothly, no skips when I accelerate. I highly recommend Campbell Motor Center!

Great attitude, fast and reliable. May be on the pricey side but completely worth it. They had a lot of work to do on my car and were able to get it all done in a reasonable timing. Definitely my go too.

Anthony was amazing. He provided a free diagnostic of my vehicle to detect the issue. Everything was done on a timely manner. Turns out they fixed an issue that was not resolved at the previous auto repair I visited. Truly pleased with service provided!!
