Campbell Hi-Pressure Wash & General Truck & Trailer Repair Introduce

Located at 3460 E Washington Rd Suite 1, Saginaw, MI 48601, USA, Campbell Hi-Pressure Wash & General Truck & Trailer Repair operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" category. This establishment, which can be reached at (989) 753-4475 or +1 989-753-4475, aims to provide services for trucks and trailers, including washes and general repairs. However, an objective introduction based on recent customer reviews reveals significant concerns that potential patrons should be aware of before considering their services.

The environment at Campbell Hi-Pressure Wash & General Truck & Trailer Repair, as described by customers, appears to be problematic, particularly regarding efficiency and customer service. One customer recounted an experience where employees were on a "smoke break" even though it was raining and they "weren’t busy at all," leading to delays in service. This suggests a lack of urgency and attention to customer needs. Furthermore, the environment seems to foster confrontational interactions, as evidenced by staff allegedly stating, "if I didn’t want to pay the extra money that I can just leave!" when an unexpected charge arose. This creates an unwelcoming and potentially hostile atmosphere for clients. Another review explicitly warns, "DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!" due to extremely long wait times, with one customer reporting being there for "three hours so far and still not in the door yet." This indicates a disorganized and inefficient operation, where vehicles are left unattended in bays. Overall, the reported environment is characterized by poor staff attitude, significant delays, and a perceived lack of regard for customer time and satisfaction.

As an "Auto Repair Station," Campbell Hi-Pressure Wash & General Truck & Trailer Repair is positioned to offer services for heavy-duty vehicles. Based on the provided reviews, their services include:

  • Hopper Washouts: This is a specific type of cleaning service for the hoppers of trucks, likely used for agricultural products or other bulk materials. However, the customer experience with this service was highly negative, involving unexpected additional charges for spilled product.
  • General Truck & Trailer Repair: While the name suggests a broad range of repair capabilities for trucks and trailers, the reviews do not provide any positive details or successful instances of these repair services. Instead, the focus of the complaints is on the wash services and associated customer interactions.
The information suggests that while these services are offered, the execution and customer handling are severely lacking, leading to dissatisfaction. The experience described regarding the hopper washout highlights potential issues with billing transparency and the quality of the service interaction.

The features that distinguish Campbell Hi-Pressure Wash & General Truck & Trailer Repair, unfortunately, tend to be negative based on the available customer feedback. A prominent feature appears to be **exceptionally long wait times**, as one customer spent "three hours" without even getting their truck into the bay for a wash. This directly contradicts the expectation of efficient service for commercial vehicles. Another notable feature is **poor customer communication and attitude** from staff, as described by interactions during the washout service where customers felt they were being "screwed...out of money" and were met with an unhelpful stance. The practice of **charging unexpected additional fees** for minor incidents, such as spilled product during a washout, is another distinctive and problematic feature. This lack of transparency and apparent opportunism in billing can lead to a sense of "highway robbery." Furthermore, the alleged **inefficiency of staff**, observed during smoke breaks while customers waited, points to a general disregard for service speed. These features collectively create a challenging and frustrating experience for customers, making the business stand out for its negative operational aspects rather than its positive contributions to the "Auto Repair Stations" category.

Based on the current customer reviews, there is no discernible positive promotional information for Campbell Hi-Pressure Wash & General Truck & Trailer Repair. Instead, the feedback itself serves as a strong **anti-promotion**, actively discouraging potential customers. The phrases "DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!" and "Highway robbery always trying to screw us out of money!" are direct warnings from former patrons. While businesses typically promote themselves through competitive pricing, quality service, or customer loyalty programs, the experiences detailed suggest the opposite: high prices (e.g., "$65 is over price too!" for a ten-minute wash), poor service, and a lack of transparency. There are no mentions of discounts, special offers, or any positive aspects that would attract new clients. For local users, the available information functions as a critical advisory, highlighting potential pitfalls when considering this establishment for truck washes or repairs. Truck and trailer operators are strongly encouraged to weigh these significant negative experiences and seek alternative service providers with more positive and reliable reputations in the Saginaw area to avoid similar frustrations and potential financial discrepancies.

Campbell Hi-Pressure Wash & General Truck & Trailer Repair Customer Reviews

Went in for a hopper washout and the 2 guys pulling me in were on there smoke break. It was raining so they weren’t busy at all. I open my hopper bottoms and tarp and about a half bucket of hi-pro came out and fell on the ground. So went in to pay and the lady in there said I’m going to have to pay an extra 20 dollars for the product falling on the ground! The 2 guys said I couldn’t clean it up myself and if I didn’t want to pay the extra money that I can just leave! Highway robbery always trying to screw us out of money! It literally takes ten minutes to wash a hopper out so paying $65 is over price too! Poor service with an attitude!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! If you do come here for a wash THEY will waste your time for you. Been here for three hours so far and still not in the door yet. I can see the truck in the bay in front of me NOT getting washed for the last 30 minutes.

super friendly and extremely helpful. mechanics were very knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. Brenda at the front desk was absolutely a delightful person to deal with and overall, I 💯 recommend this place to all truck drivers who need quick and reasonably priced repairs! I can't say enough about my experience here at Campbell's, they went above and beyond with everything they do! thank you for everything!

I been in line for more than 2 hours and still haven’t moved. They take forever to wash a truck. Blue beacon is way faster. I’ll be in and out in no time there. They should be ashamed of them selves making is truckers wait to long. We got to keep moving smh Edit: they charge me $55 just to clean the trailer out and they did a horrible job. Here are the before and after photos smh they have workers hiding inside bc they don’t want to work. Another employee was telling me he is tired of the other workers hiding and not wanting to work. This is unacceptable. I hope the owner sees this review.

They do a really good job but unfortunately work bankers hours ! It says there open till 6 but I've found if you pull in at 530 they have there trailers as a top priority so forget the customer! No weekends , and if you do pull in at mid afternoon expect spending the rest of the day there ! I've found other options i won't waste my time
