The recent repair work was done perfectly. The employees were honest and up front about everything. I absolutely would recommend Camarillo Independent to anyone. The prices are much less that a dealer would have charged.

My 2006 suburban is my lifeline. Being a senior citizen I live on a fixed income. From the first call I make and talk to sweet and knowledgeable Sarah at the front desk, till I drive my car away, I am treated with respect and efficient work. I have never had to return my car with previous problems un resolved., Like other places. My daughter drives up from LA to have work done on her car because she knows that she can trust this wonderful group of people to fix her car. There is no better place to take your car than Camarillo Independent.

My car died while traveling on the freeway. I had the tow truck driver tow me to Camarillo Independent. They were so kind and reassuring! From that moment until I was able to pick up my car, they kept me posted on every step of the progress of repair, cost of repair, and details of the repair. My car was ready when promised. It’s now running great. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

The entire staff is so welcoming and supportive. They have updated their services to include text updates and provide a full report of your car’s wellness… pictures too! The team is prompt and they care about providing top quality work. I have been going to Indy for years and I recommend them to everyone!

Positive experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff (and manager). Had a service performed on a vehicle with 407k miles and they listened to what I wanted to get done and made suggestions with photo evidence and explanation. Fantastic service start to finish. I even set another appointment to have some suggested fixes resolved. Thanks for the easy communication, speedy AND honest service!
