I was hit In the back and there was over $3000 in damages. Bought my car to Caliber. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They sent me updates almost daily and said it should be ready by Fri 4/25. Seems part came in late and picked up my car on Mon 4/28. They did a great job, work has lifetime guarantee and the washed it. Looks brand new

Brought my car to caliber collision to repair it from me hitting a deer. My car looks like a whole new car! I would definitely recommend friends and family to go here. The staff were also amazing and friendly.

Highly recommend the Caliber Collision team located at 3824 West Hwy 74, Monroe. My car was parked in front of a store and as the vehicle on the left was pulling out of their space they hit my car. Caliber was excellent with their repairs and the car was ready earlier than I expected. Upon inspection I noticed a small misalignment of a part and John had it fixed immediately. Caliber gives great service and has excellent communication tools for updates and status of the job. I highly recommend them.

John Z was my service advisor and was great to work with. The work was done well and completed earlier than anticipated! This location and John were excellent. Regarding Caliber Collision organizationally just some feedback - addresses and what location to go to were not always clear given I had to reschedule (I went to the wrong one initially). I received a text that the work would not be done for another week so I filled up the tank on my rental which was expensive knowing I'd have it for another week but then got a call the next day that the work was done and could pick up that day. They did however handle getting the rental back which I appreciated. I just think there may be a disconnect in the local stores communication and central communication that could be improved but overall a good experience.

Caliber Collision General Manager CJ Williams was asked to contact me regarding a significant damage event that occurred during their work to repair car.. however when he did finally reach out 24hrs later he began a tirade of reasonings as to why damage had occurred As a woman, I’m not use to being intimidated by the “man in charge” so on multiple occasions asked he lower his voice. Finally just let him say what he had to say as he was intent I hear him and not interrupt. I calmly and professionally pointed out that 1) damage occurred during their repair process 2) never did anyone state that repair process would cause more damage 3) why was I not made aware of potential risks to car before moving forward with repair. Upon asking these questions Mr Williams began to scream at me …yes scream…. When asked to speak to me like a professional that I would not try to over talk anyone when having a discussion he then slammed the phone down. Yes indeed slammed the phone down ending the call…when I called back no answer. This is how Caliber Collision operates yet every major insurance provider utilizes their services stating we care about you and your property so will ensure quality repairs. Obviously not customer service. BEWARE consumers
