Caliber Collision places a significant emphasis on environmental sustainability, actively working to reduce their carbon footprint through various initiatives. This includes prioritizing repairs over replacements whenever possible, using water-based paints and products with low volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and implementing robust recycling programs for automotive oil, oil filters, solvents, and batteries. They also invest in energy conservation, such as retrofitting all their shops with LED lighting. This dedication to a safe, clean, and environmentally conscious workspace benefits both their teammates and the communities they serve, showcasing a responsible approach to collision repair.

Caliber Collision offers a comprehensive suite of **services** focused on restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and operational safety. Their primary offering is **auto body repair**, covering everything from minor dents and scratches to major structural damage resulting from collisions. This includes expert repair of components like bumpers, fenders, panels, and more. Beyond bodywork, they also provide **auto glass repair and replacement**, handling windshields, side windows, and rear glass. A crucial and increasingly important service is **Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration**. Modern vehicles are equipped with sophisticated safety features like lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, and blind spot detection, which require precise recalibration after a collision to ensure they function correctly. Caliber Collision invests in specialized diagnostic and calibration equipment to perform these vital services. Their repair process typically involves a detailed assessment, disassembly to identify hidden damage, structural repairs and frame straightening using high-tech equipment, meticulous bodywork, precise painting and refinishing with computer-aided color matching, and a final reassembly and quality inspection. They are a preferred partner with all major insurance carriers, streamlining the claims process for their customers. This extensive range of services ensures that all aspects of collision damage are addressed expertly and efficiently.

Several key **features** distinguish Caliber Collision as a leader in the industry. A significant feature is their team of **I-CAR and ASE certified technicians**. These certifications signify that their mechanics possess extensive training and expertise in collision repair, staying updated on the latest vehicle technologies and repair methodologies, including those for electric vehicles (EVs). Caliber's commitment to quality is further reinforced by a **written limited lifetime warranty** on their repairs, honored at any of their numerous locations across the country, providing customers with lasting peace of mind. Their focus on **transparent communication** is another crucial feature; customers receive step-by-step updates via phone, email, or text throughout the repair process, keeping them informed about their vehicle's progress. Their large network of locations provides convenience and accessibility, allowing customers to find a trusted Caliber center in their neighborhood. Beyond technical expertise, Caliber is deeply committed to its "Restoring You" initiative, which includes charitable programs like the annual food drive and gifting reliable vehicles to military personnel and others in need, demonstrating a strong commitment to community involvement and social responsibility.

In terms of **promotional information**, Caliber Collision offers various incentives and programs, though specific offers can vary by location and time. For their collision repair services, the primary "promotion" is the **seamless insurance claims process** due to their pre-approval and strong relationships with major insurance carriers, which simplifies the experience for customers. While direct discounts on collision repair work might be less common due to the insurance-driven nature of the business, they often highlight the value of their **limited lifetime warranty** as a key benefit. For their Caliber Auto Care locations (which offer general maintenance services), promotions are more common. These might include **everyday discounts** for active duty military, veterans, educators, and seniors, often providing a percentage off products and services (e.g., 20% off for military and veterans). Other promotions at Caliber Auto Care can include tire deals (e.g., "Buy 2 Get 2 Free" on specific tire brands), oil change specials, and discounts on brake services or alignments. Customers are encouraged to check the specific Caliber Collision or Caliber Auto Care website for their local center's current promotions, as these are frequently updated. These promotions, coupled with their commitment to quality and customer service, underscore Caliber Collision's dedication to providing excellent value and support to the communities they serve.

Caliber Collision Customer Reviews

I'm always nervous about taking my car in for maintenance or repair, despite only taking it to the dealership where I purchased it. It was the very first car that I have ever bought brand new, and while many people buy new at a much younger age, I waited until I was in the right position to. It was an amazing feeling that hard work and proper planning allowed us to purchase and very quickly pay it off in full. Being in a family with some physical challenges, having dependable transportation is crucial. We were on our way home from a medical appointment when we got hit in the rear-end. The damage was enormous, in my perspective, but in reality it was fairly minimal. But just like we strive to ensure our children and grandchildren get the absolute best care, it is no less important for our trusted vehicle. Ford recommended Caliber Collision in Xenia to evaluate and repair our car, and I must stress how incredibly pleased we are with them. My beautiful car was restored and the folks there treated me with respect, warmth, and kindness. I am humbled by the imprint of their excellence.

The Repair work was ok. Caliber completed the repair quickly, staying within the quote from Insurance. My issue came with after the repair. I work from home, I don't drive my car often. When I did, I did not need to use my wipers, which is where the issue lies. This winter was fairly wet so using my wipers not entirely necessary. Standing water on the windshield did not necessitate the use of my washer fluid, when I did need to, I was usually at a gas station so I just used the window washers there. When it became necessary, I noticed my fluid reservoir was empty. So I filled it up and used it. noticing a lower than normal flow, But still usable on my front washers. My back washers did not work at all. Thinking nothing of it other than maybe a kinked line or a plug in it, I let it go for about another week till I got an oil change. Had the mechanics check and they noticed that it was spraying out of the reservoir at a rather high rate. Thinking a torn line or crack in the reservoir I called Caliber the next day they were open (It was a monday in february) and explained the situation. Yes, it had been six months since my work was done, but they even stated they guarantee the work for it was either 1 year or life, either way, still within a reasonable amount of time. What I got was hostility from the shop doing anything but taking accountability. They said "bring it in, and we'll do a diagnostic, but if the Insurance refuses to accept an updated claim, you'll be on the hook for the diagnostic." Which isn't ok. My wipers were working before I brought the car in, they weren't working afterwards. I didn't run over anything that would cause this, I didn't take my car off-roading. During the repair, the shop broke an adapter plug on my Washer fluid reservoir which caused my wipers to work ineffectively in the front, and not at all in the back. This is corroborated by me taking it to an independent mechanic and having a diag done on my own dime. They reported the adapter damage and when asked if it was possible this happened during the repair that Caliber did, they said "Highly likely as the location doesn't lend itself to road damage." Caliber refused to even just look without charging me, was hostile during the encounter which caused me to be hostile back (I'm not proud to admit i lost my temper)and I will not be using them ever again. Edited 3/24/2025 After I posted the review, I was contacted within I'd say about an hour by one of the Regional Managers to discuss this review. They listed to my complaint and also called me out on some of my behavior, which I appreciate. They offered to recoup the cost of the repairs that I had to have done and provided me with the funds a little bit ago. I applaud their prompt attention and professionalism regarding this matter. With that, I raise the review to 4 stars.

Terrible company I had two appointments they never called me ahead of time to confirm they claim the insurance company canceled. . Do not recommend using this company at all. Very surprised they even have 4.8 stars. The secretary literally told me that the insurance canceled and they didn’t even bother calling me to let me know so I could fix it and just basically left me hanging so if that’s the type of business you guys like to do that’s who I would call but I do not recommend .

They say if you want the job done right then to do it yourself. Multiple come back after repair completion. Vehicle was not checked prior to calling us to picking up. Door was rubbing, parts were left off which after 3 months of them giving us the run around I had to buy out of my own pocket to make are van whole again. Upon calling caliber of Xenia they are unwilling to refund what we had to pay out of pocket. Overspray on inside of sliding door and door out of adjustment. Dealing with Kyle is as slow as it gets. Don’t expect updates by phone and definitely don’t believe the completion date they give you because it will definitely be way longer.
