I would give Jesus 5 stars plus for top quality body work he did. Additionally, he overheard me having difficulty getting picked up by Enterprise down the street, and offered to run me over there. He was outstanding in both his technical expertise and customer service. The administrative part of the operation is less efficient. After I got the quote, I had some other things going on that caused me to have to delay bringing the car in. I got bombarded by phone calls from the office until I finally said "don't call me...I'll schedule when I am ready." I expected to get my car back on a Fri., but got a text messages saying it would be ready the following Tues., which would have required a longer car rental. I called and found that this was an erroneous message. However, the next day I got the same inaccurate text again. When I went to pick up my car, I had to find the key and the paperwork for the desk person. Halfway home, I got a call: "We forgot to get the deductible." I had to turn around and go back. They do great body work, but the office needs improvement.

Don't come here. I came to get my car fixed but this place has internal and external communication issues so I chose somewhere else. - I came here twice and both times I had to stand in an empty lobby waiting for a while. - My estimator never showed up for my appointment and no one knew where they were. Another employee just ended up snapping some pictures then told me my estimate would be ready the same day. When I called the next day to ask where it was, a second person told me I would have it that day. Then, almost a week later, I'm still waiting on the estimate and someone calls me to schedule my initial appointment I already went to??? Like do these three people in this small shop not communicate? To their credit, they did eventually provide an estimate but at that point my car was already at another body shop with very clear communication. Shout out to Exclusive Auto Care and Auto Body! 馃槀

The customer service was excellent. The car was perfectly repaired. I give CC 10 out of 10. CC coordinated with Enterprise so I was shuttled to pick up my rental and could drop off the rental at CC when I got my own car back. Rafael kept me up to date on the repair progress, too.
