MY CAR IS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!! After Hurricane Helene dropped a tree on my car, I knew there was only ONE place to take my car for repairs…… Caliber Collision! Greg & the team works so hard and deserves so much credit for how wonderful they are and what an AWESOME JOB THEY DO! Greg, at Caliber is wonderful with communication and he really cares about his customers! Brenda in the office is just precious and so helpful with ANYTHING you need!!! Greg is like family and I trust him a 100%. I trust him so much, that I’ve referred 6 coworkers there over the years to fix some odds and ends with their vehicles!!!!! I can’t thank Greg enough!!!!!! He goes above and beyond 10000000% Also, I want to thank Matt, the manager of Caliber for ALL he does!!!! He sets the bar high and leads by example. Because of him, Caliber Collision runs like a well oiled machine!!! Thanks Greg! Thanks Matt! Thanks Brenda! And thanks to the whole crew for making my car look perfect!!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE & TRUST THEM!!!!

They need to fire the old lady at the front desk. I mistakenly went into the wrong location and she was incredibly rude and didn’t provide any customer service to solve my problem; overall very awful towards me. The young gentleman seated to her left jumped in and was kinder and more helpful in explaining and redirecting me. Beware the grouchy hag.

They did an amazing job with my passenger mirror! They matched the paint color and the brand perfectly! They were super kind and kept me in the loop during the whole thing! It was even ready before i thought it would be even with so much work because of the hurricane!

These people were great. Very friendly and listened to what I had to say. Took care of all the paperwork, and did a great job on the repairs. What really impressed me was how fast I had my car back. Just an overall great experience!

Great work and experience. Customer service was fantastic. Constant communication throughout the process. The workmanship was top notch considering it was a BMW and I have high standards. They also helped with a rental. Highly recommend!!
