Extremely personable, professional, and prompt!! The entire process (from estimate —> drop-off —> rental car —> timely completion of repair) proceeded seamlessly. I was assigned a personal rep (Tanya), who kept me informed about the repair progress and anticipated pick-up date. Repair work was impeccable (“looks like I was never in an accident”), and they even gave the entire vehicle a thorough cleaning (outside car wash + inside vacuum and “new-car” scent). Highly recommend this place!!!

It is never the best day when your car needs body repair, but the team at Caliber Collision somehow made it better. They have gone above and beyond to insure that my vehicle (and those of my family members) are taken care of, operating at optimum, and looking like new! I had the unfortunate, yet fortunate, opportunity to use Caliber again about a year after an accident that brought me to Caliber. This time with my Tundra. I say it was fortunate because Wade, again, took care of me. I have to say, I hope I don't have to see Wade again at the shop (at the store, yes) but, if I do, I will always ask for him. He made everything right after an unfortunate hit and run on my new truck. I have used Caliber many times but the inside scoop, in my opinion, is that you ask for Wade. I am sure the other service providers are good but Wade ALWAYS goes above and beyond - and that will forever make me a loyal customer. Thank you, Wade.

Id highly recommend choosing Caliber Collision! I recently took my Truck for a repair and everything from the customer service, to the bodywork technicians we’re Top Tier!
