Had such great service. Very professional and their customer service is excellent. Karen and Crystal went above and beyond to get my car ready at least 2 weeks earlier then scheduled. The guys in the shop did a fabulous job on my car, it looks brand new. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you so much!

Our insurance selected this location for auto bodywork. Not only was our customer service Outstanding, the staff and crew were completely understanding about our circumstances with a damaged vehicle. they were super flexible with appointments arranging to take in the car, even as far as calling a rental car service to pick us up so we could go get a rental. The staff kept us in the loop and up-to-date as frequent as possible. Our car was completed and calibrated ahead of schedule and a little earlier than planned. Everything looked great feels great rides great and sensors are still good to go.

My vehicle was returned to me in excellent condition. It was vacuumed out and smelled great. All repairs were completed and my car was done earlier than expected. The staff was kind and very effective at communicating with me throughout the process.

I recently took my car to Caliber Collision for repairs due to an accident where we were hit from behind. The back bumper was totally gone and there was some damage to the underside of the car. Everyone we dealt with there was very professional, kind, and helpful! Karen and Crystal were amazing! They had our car fixed exactly when they said it would be! I would definitely go back if I ever need repairs in future! Don’t hesitate to go to Caliber, they’re awesome! Keep up the good work Caliber and thanks again!

This caliber has to be the best one in town, from customer service to the way everyone is eager to help you out, vehicles are left inside the shop and updates are given consistently! How awesome! Two weeks ago, my wife was involved in an accident. Our insurance company promptly provided a list of trusted repair shops. Having never been in an accident before, we were unfamiliar with the process. After reviewing the options, we chose Caliber Collision, and from our first interaction—coordinating with both Caliber and our insurance adjuster—it felt like a seamless partnership. When we brought our car in, the staff immediately put us at ease, making us feel confident about leaving our "baby" (the car) in their care. They also helped us arrange a rental, their recommendation is sadly the only downside to this whole experience. As far as that goes, my recommendation would be to use another location for the same rental agency for a smoother experience. From start to finish, both Caliber and our insurance company excelled in keeping us informed about the car’s progress. Although the initial completion date was mid-March, they updated us regularly, and to our surprise, the car was ready by Friday, February 28th. The results were astonishing—the car looked as if nothing had ever happened. The paint matched perfectly, the lines were straight, and it truly felt like a showroom car once again. Hopefully, we'll never have to see you again BUT if we do, we know where to find you!! Thank you, Caliber Collision, for restoring not just our car but also the rhythm of our lives!😉
