They did an amazing job and they were extremely professional. Very quick to get my car fixed and back to me. Devin performed outstanding customer service and answered every question I had. Explained the process from start to finish. I highly recommend this location. Definitely the location I will be telling my friends and family about.

Thank you very much for repairing my Honda. The experience was easy and done faster than expected! They even returned my rental car for me! My car was washed and so clean! I definitely recommend Calibers Collision on Seventh in Victorville for car repairs👏😊

Went to get repairs for a rear window that was vandalized. From the beginning, the customer service seemed great and they explained what was going to be fixed. I had no issues, however, I was called about 3 days later and told my estimate was going to be around 750 which was under my insurance deductible. I thought awesome, this shop is being honest about prices and I will at least save myself something after the inconvenience of having my car literally gone for week for a repair of a window. Nope, I walk in the following day and I’m told, your new total is now at $1,150. I’m standing there wondering why the hell has this not been communicated to me. The technician then comes over and says, “oh I was supposed to let you know yesterday, I’m sorry.” Which is crazy to me since he had called me to let me know that my car was ready. Seems very shady to me. Transparancy brings customers back. I would avoid this shop.

I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision because it was close to my house and they worked with my insurance. My car had damage to the front of my car, because during the rain storms I ran into someone. When I arrived at Caliber the shop seemed really busy, all the front desk people were busy on the phone or running in an out of the shop. I waited maybe 2 minutes and I was helped. I was given the option to leave my car and they would get back to me with a full estimate or they could do a visual estimate. I chose to leave it there. I received a full estimate the same day. I authorized the repairs and the rest was a piece of cake. I was informed during every transition of the repair process. Almost everyday I received a phone call or a text letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. Jen the service writer that I worked with, was polite and very professional; she answered all of my questions and provided information about the repair process. The work that was done on my vehicle was flawless and high quality, I am unable to tell the difference between where the damage was in comparison to the rest of the vehicle. I have been to other repair shops and the experience was horrible. I will be returning to Caliber Collision Downtown for any further repairs needed on my vehicles. Also this shop will get all of my recommendations for my friends and family that are up here in the high desert. I don’t usually write reviews unless it was bad service but I really appreciated the work that was done and that they took the time to update and reach out to me. It saved me from trying to figure out when I was going to get my car and what was going on with it.

Thank you Devin for your swift and thoughtful resolution for getting my side view mirror. I went to another location they quoted me first 648 then said 778 after I mentioned Toyota was quoting me 1200. He gave me the option for a used mirror and out the door I paid 270. What a deal! Thank you Devin and team for your help, truly appreciate it 🙏🏽
