I would highly recommend Caliber Collision on Plainfield! Tim and the rest of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative keeping me up to date throughout the process of my repairs. They even helped me with a rental AND communication with my adjuster. My car was ready earlier than originally expected. The repairs looked flawless, and my entire car was so spotless, it felt like it did when it was first purchased. There was nothing but smiles when I drove away. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Caliber did a great job. Made my truck look new. They communicated on a regular basis on the status of my truck. They push to get my truck done before the holidays. I would definitely use caliber again. The only reason I won't give a 5 star is because my back up camera was damaged and it hasn't been resolved yet.

I HIGHLY recommend caliber collision - needing car repairs was a new experience for me. Craig was so kind, understanding, and patient. He answered all of my questions while I was learning the process. Brittany at the front desk was also so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The communication between my insurance company and caliber and enterprise rental was seamless. I received my car in mint condition and the turn-around time was FAST. My dad originally recommended this place to me and spoke highly. I will continue to spread the word. I hope to not need their services often, but when/if I do - Caliber Collision is a no brainer for me.

The repair wasn't fully done when I picked up the car. Apparently they needed to call me (talked to them on the phone tons) yet again to confirm that I approved the repairs they were going to do. Spare yourself. Also pretty certain my speakers got swapped. Need to hide a camera in your damn car before taking it to a shop these days. Dude told me I was acting "pissed off". That would be correct.

As long as people keep driving their vehicles into me, I’ll continue to take my car to Caliber Collision. Craig has always done a wonderful job communicating with me about the status of my vehicle and it comes back looking as lovely as the day I bought it.

I have had a great experience with Craig and the entire collision team from start to finish! Craig is super personable, good communication about what my vehicle needed and gave me updates on what to expect time wise when. They worked directly with my insurance which cut out a lot of guess work and anxiety. The gal at the front desk is so nice and accommodating and knew so much about how to help me with rental issues that were from a different company. I highly recommend caliber for any of your vehicle needs. No one wants to have car trouble, but at least caliber has solutions.

Working with Caliber was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. They collaborated seamlessly with my insurance company. They were polite and professional. They communicated updates proactively. They set a clear timeline and followed through. The cherry on top: at pickup my vehicle was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Not that I want another accident, but if it happens, I know where I’ll be going!

I had repair done last year. I cant remember if I left a review but I should have! We'll here i go again, needing repairs for my 4-runner. I will only trust Calibor Collison with my vehicle. They are trustworthy, friendly and most of all, did a great job. Thank you Thank you so much for helping me.
