From the moment I contacted caliber Collision, the level of professionalism and efficiency demonstrated was truly impressive. I was particularly pleased with how seamlessly everything was coordinated, from arranging the car rental to being picked up from the shop and kept informed about the progress of the work on my vehicle. Furthermore, I was delighted to find my car not only restored to its optimal condition but also delivered to my residence upon completion of the service. Im one picky Female. I don't trust shops, so definitely hesitated to take my car here. Well.....The service was extremely great. Hands down to my service rep, Luis. I was informed every step of the way. The communication was so on point I understood every that was going on with my car. I have no complaints at all. I'm very very happy for the service. My car looks and feels tight. Would highly recommend.

Customer service was excellent! Came in for a bumper repair and to repair some scuffs. Tim was amazing in accommodating me so quickly, and Coco was able to get the job done in no time! Will definitely be using Caliber Collision Hayward again for my next car body repair needs :)

I had an excellent experience getting my car (2023 Toyota Prius) repaired at this branch. Tim handled everything from start to finish and truly did an outstanding job. Good experience having my car auto body repair done in this branch. Luis who took care of everything did an excellent job; all in one package. He is courteous, kind, professional and timely in all manners to assure that he will take care of everything. That included calling up for my rental car for pick up and return since it was a weekend and holiday that coming Monday as well as the probable time that car will be fixed. True enough to his word and his flexibility to be available even on a weekend so I can pick up my car. This branch has excellent services as I've noticed that all employees are courteous and greets their clients with a smile. I will highly recommend this Caliber Collision branch to friend and families.
