I was referred by a family member to take my Durango to this location, I called to make an appointment and it was set for 3rd week in February due to them being so busy. I got a message that they had availability in early January if I wanted to get it in sooner. It was nice that Jeff coordinated everything so well and got my Durango fixed earlier than expected as well as exceptionally great!! I am very happy with the entire process from appt setting to picking up my vehicle. The work looks fantastic and you can’t tell there was any damage . Jeff was so accommodating and even picked me up from the rental company and dropped me off. Due to that specific office not having the capability to offer a ride for me. Lisa was very courteous and kept me informed as well with the process of the work. I highly recommend to take your vehicle to Caliber Collision on C st for your repairs! Jeff Limley and Lisa are the best to work with!

I put a dent in my car after getting a lawn chair from a shelf above the car. When getting the chair another chair fell out and put a fairly good dent in the hood. The car is a little over a year old and still looked brand new except for that dent. This really bothered me. I went to several body shops for estimates which ranged from $1000.00 to $2200.00. I almost decided I would have to live with the dent. Then luckily, I came across Caliber Collision. Their personnel were excellent. They made me feel like they wanted to fix my car and not try to get as much money out of me as they could. They brought out their best dent repair man and he thought he could fix it with a Paintless Dent Repair technique. As it turned out, it worked, but he did admit that it was one of the toughest dents he’s tackled. My wife and I were so happy, the dent is gone, and the hood looks brand new. I was glad to pay the $475.00. I can’t say enough about how happy I was working with the personnel at Caliber Collision, and I strongly recommend them.
