We had a great experience with Caliber Auto Body. They were able to beat a competitor’s price by $700. We needed a new bumper, grill and various other small things, and I was able to drop it off on a Wednesday and pick it up on Friday. Amazing! Plus, everyone was very friendly and helpful. If needed, we will definitely be repeat customers.

Went to Cleveland, Ohio for a trip and on our last day, came out to find my car broken into. The rear passenger side window was smashed and the ignition key barrel was damaged. Should have known better than to drive a Hyundai to the states. After calling my insurance and filing a police report, I called Ray from Caliber Auto Body and he was very helpful from the get go. He gave me information on how to get my car started again safely and offered to put a protective covering over the broken window so we could safely go back to Toronto without freezing in this cold weather. When I arrived, he was super friendly and assessed the damage and started patching up the window instantly. After he put the protective covering on, he would not accept any money from us. He was very kind and honest and I know for sure that if I'm ever visiting Ohio again and my car needs work done, I am going to Ray. Plus he's open on Sunday!

Caliber did a fantastic job on my BMW. Ray was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me navigate my repairs and dealing with the insurance company. My car was repaired quickly and the work is impeccable! I could not have not had better service than what they gave. I have recommended him to family and friends and if I ever need auto body repairs I know where to turn!

Exceptionally nice staff! Someone dropped a ladder on my new car. They got me right in and got my car done in 2 days! Very reasonable price, and they did an EXCELLENT job. My car looks great! Would highly recommend them!

Mr Ray is a daie man. He didn't try to overcharge me if anything he took somewhat of a loss be cause he quoted me one price but turned out it was more so he kept his word. Most people so not do that. He explained EVERYTHING that was done. This staff are also sweet a.d caring would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything
