They are scammers do not give them your card information. Tow trucks will not show up. Different number will call you back ..

Paid for services after totaling my car. They said they had no problem picking up my vehicle and taking it to a junk yard since it was totaled. After confirming they were okay with picking it up unattended (told us to leave the car and go home), we sent the money and headed out. An hour later we get a call saying they will not be picking up my car and they wont help us and its not there problem. Confused we stated we already gave them money and had an agreement or we wouldn't have left it there. They refused us any help and hung right up on us. Never gave a refund, wont help when we keep calling back and when we call in just to get our money back they hang up. Please anyone needed help in dire situations do not go here. They are a scam who took my money and refuse to refund it. I genuinely hope no one has to go through this especially when you just need the help. Again, DO NOT GO HERE ITS A SCAM!

I called because my cars fuel pump went out in a rural area of riverside off van buren towards jurupa valley. They said I do not have to be there and that if I send the money they will come to pick it up. I was on the phone with them to try and recover the car from their yard and I went inside to talk to a representative and he grabbed me by my neck and pulled me behind the counter and started beating me up and telling me to leave my car in their yard. I will not be back. Everytime I go to sleep now I have nightmares from this altercation

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE .. THEY MISLED ME LIED AND SAID THAT NOTHING CAN DO CANT PICK UP MY CAR AND THEN SAID WILL NOT BE PICKING UP MY CAR AFTER I PAID THEM AND THEY SAID WILL BE THERE IN 5 MINUTES AND HU ON ME AND NEVER PAID ME BACK MY MONEY 272.00 GOING TO SUE THEM DONT GO WITH THEM THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND LYING TO YOU AND HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT ON WHAT THEY DID
