Absolutely terrible customer service! I had my estimate done in January and made an appointment for March so they would have time to get the parts in. Dropped my car off March 4th and didn’t get back till March 20th! Every time I asked for an update I was told the parts were not in yet. One time the parts were damaged. The next time they sent the wrong parts etc. I was even told one time that they had some other cars come in that needed their attention right away. Will NEVER use or recommend this place!!!

Caldwell Body Works did an awesome job repairing my car after a deer “hit me”. They were very professional. They even found $10 under my seat while vacuuming the car and returned it to me! I appreciate this. In this day & time that we live not many would have done this. It says a lot about the type of people that work there! I have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS about this company & their workmanship.

I can’t be happier with Caldwell Body Works! My car looks AMAZING! You can’t even tell it was in an accident - I’m very picky when it comes to my car! Tim was so helpful and patient throughout the process. He always took the time to give us updates on the progress and never seemed bothered by our inquiries. He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I was skeptical about having my car repaired after it suffered a pretty significant rear impact, but immediately after talking with Tim, I knew my car would be in good hands and that my car would be safe to operate once complete. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service and bodywork! All employees we encountered were friendly. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone needing bodywork.
