I would like to take a moment and say thank you to Jason Murdoch. He did handle the service of my car in a professional and efficient manner. My car needed an oil change and a low light beam bulb change. The required services were all completed within a very reasonable time service.

I have brought my Escalade here a few times and regretted it more each time. This last time was an exceptionally bad experience. I waited three weeks for an appointment. Then when I dropped my car off they told me that it would take them three days to look at it, so not sure what the reason for an appointment was. After the three days I hadn't heard anything from the service department so I called to check in. My representative told me "oh ya it's been looked at" and described the issues. Not sure why he didn't call me if it had already been looked at. He told me it would be a quick fix because they had the parts in stock. The next day (Friday) he text my husband and said they didn't have time to get to it. The car would be done Monday and I could pick it up. Went to pick it up Monday after work, it wasn't ready. Tuesday goes by with no communication from my service Rep. Wednesday morning I called to speak to a manager. He of course isn't available. Someone else gets on the line and assures me he will speak to the manager on my behalf and will call me back. He is the only person in this entire experience who actually did what he said he would do. He called me back 30 minutes later and said that the manager has personally verified my car was done and that he would be calling me within the hour to discuss how they will be compensating me for the delay/ lack of communication. Here we are 24 hours later and I have yet to hear from that manager. I called and left him a message, no returned call of course! When my husband picked up my car, they acted like they did us a favor by waiving the diagnostic fees but the total was $400 more than they quoted us with no explanation. This service department is so unreliable and untrustworthy! What a shame!! All I wanted is for them to do the right thing! Communication is not a lot to ask for. You are supposed to be able to take your car to the dealership and trust that your car is in the most capable hands and at this dealership it is the exact opposite. Still waiting on that call from the manager........

Anna Always takes great care of me. She keeps me informed and always makes sure if additional maintenance is needed based on mileage that we get it taken care.

Kimberly Simmons was my assistant who signed me in. She took note of the things that I was telling her that was wrong with the car, and she reported it back to me in a timely fashion, and things were taken care of, and also a warranty item was fixed and then I had it diagnostic test for something else and it was found to be Something that was different from what the dealer had taken care of, so I enjoyed having her for an assistant I feel like they should include the diagnostic test if you had your car fixed with the same order companies have gotten so bad with the care that they give their customers thank you so much, Kimberly Simmons.

My GMC Sierra 2019 while stopping to get gas at a gas station as I went to leave it would not start was finally able to get it started and went directly to the GMC dealership, without a appointment, Mark Norman, my service manager, ran an analysis and within an hour and a half his service team had replaced my battery and I was back on the road. Very grateful for the GMC dealership and for Mark Norman and his service team for continually providing professional service. Gary M.
