C & S Cycle Service Customer Reviews

I use their service 2-2 1/2 years ago to do a full restoration on my 1994 Harley-Davidson Road King. HUGE mistake. The reason I’m putting this up now is because I’m still dealing with the mess he made of my motorcycle. Once he finally got my bike back to me, he had put the wiring harness on top of the motor. I had to have the motorcycle completely rewired. Finally got to ride it, in less then 25 miles the motor started making horrible noises. I brought the bike to a shop and when they started to take the motor apart, they found it was completely destroyed. The more they got into it, the worse it got. Finally got it all the way down to splitting the cases, the flywheel and pushrods were crazy wobbly. So bad that it broke one one side of the case. Finally got the motor rebuilt. Now we’re trying to figure out how he warped the front rocker box. All that being said. He did give me money back for the wiring and the motor rebuild. But 2 years later, I’m still dealing with his destruction. I was so excited about having my motorcycle back, brand new. I feel he just made it worse. What a mess. I would definitely NOT recommend him to touch any motorcycle you have.
