C&M Towing and Recovery

We cannot say enough good things about Matthew and Sherry. They called right back and were there within the time they stated. Our car was stuck 3000 ft up in the snow with icy conditions. No other companies would help us. They had chains and were ready to get to work. They told us not to worry, this is what they do. And they did. With patience and good humor. They calmed our nerves and charged us a very fair price. They will be on our all of angels now forever. We are so grateful and pleased with their service and joy.

C &M Towing and Recovery went above and beyond a tow company. I was in a bind and didn't have the money on me to tow my truck which broke down and left me stranded on the bypass for 3 hrs. They came to my rescue when I explained my situation and how long I had been stranded. They came and got me off the side of the road and brought me to my home and allowed me to pay what I had and the rest the next day. Matthew and his wife are awesome! I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

C&M towing was truly a life saver. My wife and I took my son, daughter in law to look at a piece of property that they recently broke ground on near cataloochee valley in NC. As we worked our way up the mountain the conditions went from sketchy to bad. Once we reached our destination I was attempting to turn my F-150 4x4 around so that we could go back down the mountain. Fortunately while I was turning around all 3 passengers were outside the vehicle. As I maneuvered the vehicle it began to slide down hill down the road. The truck slid off the road and was only stopped from tumbling down a steep hill by a single bolder which caught the right front tire. The truck was literally teetering with the left rear wheel 1 1/2 foot of the ground. And the rest of the truck over the steep slope. We then were all in sub freezing temperatures with no where to shelter while day turned to night. After calling 911 we made several calls to towing companies, all of which were unable to help with the exception on C&M towing. Even though they had other jobs in front of us they put us first due to the extreme risk of cold exposure. They arrived at our location in short order and proceeded to get my vehicle back on the road bed. They then used web straps tied to the rear of my vehicle and slowly crawled/coasted our tied together vehicles back down the mountain, the whole ordeal took about 3 hours. Thank you C&M, they are awesome caring people who know their business. Also thank you to the other customers who had to wait on us. Our dire situation was potentially life threatening, and certainly a foolish endeavor to start with. I learned many painful lessons. I thank god for the safe outcome and thank god for C&M towing.
