Quality of work is terrible and they won’t take accountability for doing a paint job poorly. The amount of money spent to paint the roof of a truck you’d expect them not to paint over the sealant of cab lights and instead remove them to do a thorough good quality job. Also- a lot of extra product from the wash was splashed ALL OVER the truck. Had to get it redone with a different LOCAL company that actually produces quality work. Nothing like spending over $4k on a roof paint job.

They were absolutely fantastic with keeping me updated at all stages of my repair. They worked fast with my insurance company and were always friendly when chatting through text or phone. When picking up my car they offered to help call enterprise to pick up my rental from their shop so I wouldn't have to do anything extra to pick up my own car. They were very understanding and I would highly recommend them because the work they did in my car from the repair to painting and even the detail cleaning was amazing compared to other places I've been to.

Hello, my name is Luis, my progressive insurance company recommended C&L to me and this auto body shop, personally, the quality of the work is terrible. They painted my truck, it took more than 30 days and it came out with many scratches, bubbles and imperfections from dust inside, they left it full of dust, they left the back bed all dirty and they lost a piece of the bed. I took it to the manager and he agreed to fix the imperfections by repainting my truck. I rented a car for two more days and when I picked up my truck it was the same with many imperfections. The manager came out and simply said that a stone had done that. I have photos from the first time it came out and now it is the same and the piece that was lost was not replaced. I do not recommend this place and I ask all the people who go there to check their car well since the work they do is very poor quality.

Sarah and Jenny can’t obviously keep up with the administration portion and scheduling and planning accordingly cause I was sent a text saying my car wouldn’t be ready till March 4 and then at 1638. I get a taxi in my car is ready today. Now my rental car has to be returned in 24 hours And I’m not gonna be even in the state to return it but I don’t have a choice now I have to come home and come return The rental and pick up my car because of piss poor planning by Sarah and I called her and informed her it seemed like you didn’t care that I wanted to talk to a boss when I come in what a joke but they’re gonna expect me to pay my $500 deductible rent on spot what a joke so now it’s gonna cost me even more money because of their responsibility. Yep, the office app is front line. They’re the communicators as you can see from the photos, but they’re urgent to get their payment and screw me in in the process costing me even more money so hopefully at least the car is right. Cause being this late, even my adjuster went home So they try to make it an easy process no they just made it complicated ain’t like I have enough stuff going on in my world, but they don’t care as long as it doesn’t affect their world

Hi, my name is Steve I was sent here by my insurance company after I got into an accident with my truck. After my experience with this place, I will be never going here again. And I would advise everyone to go somewhere else. After waiting 3 weeks for the truck to be fixed it returned with the same damaged and misaligned fender. which they tried hiding from me by putting a new bumper on the truck and bending said new bumper into place so the bolt holes would line up. the only thing this place cares about is cashing the check they receive from your insurance. When pointing out these obvious flaws on the truck to the shop manager. He promptly threatened that he would have me "thrown off the property by force" 0/10 costumer service. And after walking away from the truck said service manager then. Started to make baby noises. which were heard clearly by me and my Father as we were walking behind him. 0/10 you could do a better job fixing your vehicle yourself at home then these clowns. save your money and go to a real shop. Dispute it with your insurance and have them send you elsewhere not worth the money, time, or hassle dealing with these low life scammers.
