C & C Tires Introduce
C & C Tires, located at 460 Greenlawn Ave, Columbus, OH 43223, USA, operates as an auto repair station, catering to a range of vehicle maintenance and repair needs. The establishment can be reached via phone at (614) 445-8757 or mobile at +1 614-445-8757. As an auto repair station, C & C Tires primarily offers services related to vehicle upkeep, diagnostics, and component replacement, positioning itself within the local automotive service industry.
From an environmental perspective, C & C Tires is situated in a commercial area, typical for auto service centers. The overall appearance and immediate surroundings would likely reflect a functional and utilitarian setting, common to businesses that handle vehicle repair and maintenance. While specific details about the waiting area or customer amenities are not publicly available, auto repair stations generally aim to provide a practical space for customers to either wait during service or drop off and pick up their vehicles. The focus of such establishments is typically on the workshop area where the actual repair work is conducted, which would house various tools, equipment, and bays for servicing vehicles.
The services offered at C & C Tires, as indicated by customer experiences, include common automotive repairs and maintenance. Customers have sought services such as AC recharge, which is a standard procedure for maintaining a vehicle's air conditioning system. More significant mechanical repairs, such as water pump replacement and timing belt replacement, also appear to be within their service scope. These services are crucial for a vehicle's proper functioning, with a water pump being vital for engine cooling and a timing belt essential for engine synchronization. As an auto repair station, C & C Tires would also likely offer general diagnostics, oil changes, brake services, tire sales and installation, and other routine maintenance tasks, though specific details beyond those mentioned in customer feedback are not detailed publicly.
Regarding features, an auto repair station like C & C Tires typically prides itself on the mechanical expertise of its staff and the range of repairs it can undertake. The ability to diagnose and address issues like a leaking water pump or a worn-out timing belt suggests that the establishment has the necessary tools and technical know-how for moderate to complex automotive repairs. The presence of a physical location implies dedicated bays for vehicle work, specialized equipment for different repair types, and access to a variety of auto parts, either on-site or through local suppliers. For customers, the key features of an auto repair station include the convenience of a local service provider, the promise of skilled technicians, and the availability of parts necessary for repairs.
However, customer feedback provides a mixed perspective on the establishment's features and overall service delivery. While one review notes that "Workers were professional and courteous," suggesting positive interactions with staff, another customer's experience highlights significant issues. This particular review details a challenging series of events, starting with an AC recharge service that led to a diagnosis of a leaking water pump. The customer's account describes escalating costs, with the initial $600 for a water pump replacement increasing to $850+ to include a timing belt. More critically, the review outlines severe complications after the repair, including dash warning lights, the car requiring "two feet" to drive (one on gas, one on brake), a violent shake, and ultimately, allegations of a car fire at the shop and missing parts. The customer's subsequent experience with another mechanic reportedly confirmed the fire and issues with the water pump and timing belt, which were supposed to have been fixed. This feedback suggests a potential inconsistency in the quality of work or the management of customer concerns, which could be a significant feature or detractor depending on individual experiences.
In terms of promotional information, without direct advertisements or marketing materials, it's challenging to detail specific ongoing promotions from C & C Tires. Generally, auto repair stations promote themselves through competitive pricing, guarantees on labor and parts, special offers on common services (e.g., oil change discounts, tire rotation deals), and loyalty programs. They might also leverage their local presence to attract customers through word-of-mouth referrals, community engagement, or online listings. Given the nature of the business, promotions often focus on affordability, reliability, and expertise to attract and retain customers in a competitive market. However, the customer review mentioning "Only downside was pricing in my opinion" suggests that while professional and courteous, pricing might be a point of consideration for some patrons. The extensive negative feedback from another customer could significantly impact the establishment's public image and promotional efforts, as negative experiences often spread quickly and can deter potential customers.
In summary, C & C Tires serves as an auto repair station in Columbus, OH, offering essential vehicle maintenance and repair services such as AC recharge, water pump, and timing belt replacement. Like any local auto repair shop, it likely aims to provide convenient and necessary automotive solutions to the community. While some customers have found the staff to be professional and courteous, and the range of services appears to cover common repair needs, a significant customer account raises serious concerns about service quality, diagnostic accuracy, post-repair complications, and customer dispute resolution. These varied customer experiences present a mixed picture of the services and features offered by C & C Tires to local users.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Came here for an AC recharge while I was here they told me my water pump was leaking and needed to change it or it could blow my engine. That day they told me they’d do it for $600. So I come back a week and a half later and then they told me the timing belt will have to be done too so it’s now going to be $850+ I agree anyway and leave my car for the work. I’m told to return the next day to pick it up and upon returning and examining my car they tell me I had no oil in my car (which isn’t true just had a oil change recently and there was no oil light on) and I see it has dash lights on engine and oil and they told me in order for it to drive I now have to “two feet it” and have one foot on the gas and the other on the break at all times (later fining out it’s because the car would immediately die out other wise) and even when they went to start it, it had a violent shake literally lifting the front end of the car off the ground. I’m obviously expressing concerns with them and then they said I couldn’t take the car anymore because it “just can’t drive” I’m supposed to return the following morning for the car but the next morning they call needing more time for the car after. After 4+ hours of extra time I called back(2-3x) for an update but no one would answer. So I had a friend call and as guessed they answered and when she asked about my car they told her my car caught on fire and was currently in the air. After hearing that I go to the shop in fear for my car to face the same problems from the day before in addition to other damages and later to find out missing bolts and parts. The mechanics are giving me a run around and denying their being a fire the whole time before I leave. After managing to get my car to a different mechanic they confirm their was indeed a fire at the bottom of my car AND their scanning show the water pump and timing belt being messed up which is what’s causing the shake and problem with driving !! When I go back to the owner explaining the situation and asking for the money for labor and/if any damages to the engine and motor caused by the belt being off and them keep the money for the parts as they can be reused OR pay the other mechanic to fix their mistake he proceeds to tell me he’s “a business man” let his establishment “TRY” and fix it again and if not I have to take him to court to get the money back. With that being said I’ll be seeing him in court. (Scanning and observation of my car from other mechanic, and proof of the fire that “never happened”)

I brought my vehicle here to get the A/C recharged. They took my keys and pulled it into the garage and didn't say a word about what to expect. The individual working on it took it into the garage, hooked the machine up to it, came out and said it wouldn't work and then still charged me 80.00 to do absolutely nothing. They tried to do the Same EXACT thing last summer when my male friend took the vehicle in for me and once they realized that they couldn't take advantage of him the part they initially said needed replaced (which was the same part they said needed replaced today) magically fixed itself and they were able to do the AC recharge. This time I was by myself and they felt they could take advantage of me and that's exactly what they did and then tried to quote me almost 500.00 to fix something that again, they also said was broken last time but as soon as they realized that their scam wasn't going to work they corrected it. They never should have charged me 80.00 for an "A/C Repair/Recharge" when that's not what they done. I didn't ask them to do a diagnostic on the vehicle, I asked for a recharge, which I did not get. I wouldn't do business here, especially not if you're a female because they will take advantage of you.

They Never Actually Fixed the Actual problem with my Car. The same Lights that was on when I brought my car to them was On when they told me it was good for pick up. I pick my car up and it Stop on me, So I took it back and Then eventually We found the problem but the fact I already spent money for something it never was is Crazy. Also they take parts From other peoples Car to fix Cars So don’t ever leave your car Up there with them.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I was going every summer to get my ac charged and it was $40 then $50 and was $50 for a long time and it just jumped up to $85 and they do not tell you until you are completely done. I was very upset but I guess I'll just be short this week because that was an unexpected $35 I had to pay! Just wish they would have told me before the work ... Maybe next time you guys should say that will be $85 then charge the ac to make sure people have the money...
