Bullhead Auto Machine

Tom had my pathfinder for months on waiting list. I needed work on engine surge, fuel tank, and windshield wiper repair. And I had a new radiator in truck that needed to be installed. When I was told it was done I had it towed to my place in Seattle. I paid 1100.00 it still is surging and no radiator put in and the new one in the truck is missing. Beware of trusting this business. I was also threatened that they were going to drop my pathfinder across the street because they hadn't fixed the windshield wiper that's needed in Seattle. Never again.

Took two motor this shop. Was told one was no good and the other one was good to machine Bob and Tim screwed the other one too. Real bad bore and honing Job now I have two bad engines Price was twice as much then quoted. I payed for work and parts that were not otherized. Took two months. Both Bob and Tim are Liers and are confrontational. They stole some of the parts I paid for. Forced me to sign a work order when they never had one to begin with and after I payed 700 bucks cash for two screwed up engines. They try to steal the wheel to my trailer that was in the back of my truck. Tim even went so far as to threaten me with something from his office when I caught him trying to steal my wheel. I own a business and I would never do this to my customers. Thanks for screwing me guys. Public BEWARE....

Came in today 2 hours prior to the closing time of 4 pm. Steering knuckle was stuck on lower control arm. (Would take 5 min to help me.) The owner told me that he was closed for the day and refused to help me. Complete waste of time going there!! I would avoid this place if possible. Horrible customer service! Was helped by the Auto mechanic next door Garcias!!! Skip this place and head over to Garcia's auto repair!!!!

Took my 2004 Saturn Ion in to be worked on. They were VERY helpful and professional. Even saved me some money on a few parts. Had the work done in no time. Its very hard to come by an honest mechanic these days. I would recommend this place to anyone. Will absolutely be going back to this place for any thing else my car needs.

We wanted casters put on a new coffee table, but the closest screw size for the casters we found was too big for the table legs. Bob at Bullhead Auto Machine cut the screws to size on a lathe, and the result was spectacular. Bob and Tom were friendly and helpful, despite the small job, and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this business!
