We had bed liner and steps sprayed they both look great. We also had undercoat and rust proofing done. This was done as explained and the time frame that was quoted. With exceptional value. Customer service was the best I’ve had in a long time. I was scheduled to drop my truck off at 9 am today but I dropped it off last night for them to get to it today. They were suppose to start working on it at 10 am this morning and I got a text at 9 am saying it was done! Super, super fast service and a pleasure to work with. I had just had my windows tinted from somewhere else the day prior and I had a few special requests for bullet liner (don’t mess with the windows, please spray from this point to that point, they did EXACTLY what I had asked and took great care of me as a customer and my truck. Couldn’t recommend any higher. Guys,THANK YOU!!

Just had the truck in for some new wheels! Fuel Rebel Bronze 6, 20 x 10s and the team at Bullet was amazing to work with. Quick and easy ordering, customer support throughout the entire process and was able to drop off and get everything installed quickly. Came to Bullet with an idea and they made the rest happen! Started with a 2011 Toyota 4Runner and hit it with a complete facelift to a 2022 TRD( check pictures to see finished product and what we started with). Got rid of the old bulky 2011 OEM headlights and put the 2014+ Morimoto XB LED Headlights with 4Bangers in! Got a 3 inch Lift from Rough Country so now I’m sitting in the clouds. I went back and forth on the Tire/Wheel combo and with their guidance we landed with some TOYO R/T’s and Fuel Vectors! I had Bullet spray in a bedliner for my truck and the job they did was very professional and reasonably priced. They were ready right at my appointed service time and had me on the road within 2 hours. Their office is very clean and professional and they were able to answer all of my questions and went through the entire spraying procedure with me prior to the work. I will definitely go back to them when I want a bed cover attached to my truck. Thank you Bullet!

Had a Bakflip cover installed on my truck about a year ago and was driving down the highway when it suddenly flew off. I called Bullet to let them know and was told they would reach out to Bakflip to see if there was anything that they could do and was asked to send photos of the cover as well as the bed mounts in. I explained the cover was on the highway as it flew off when I was driving so it was going to be hard to get photos of it but I turned around and tried to get a video of it as I was driving by at highway speeds in traffic. Took photos of the bed mounts, weather strips, bed liner that was chipped from it coming off, and some of the hardware that was still in the bed of my truck and sent it in. I followed up and the next day and was told Bakflip said it was no fault of theirs and Bullet said it was installed correctly and what happened was the cover came lose and flew off. That I should’ve been checking the cover regularly to make sure it was still secure because normal driving and vibrations will apparently make all secure points come loose, mind you truck has never been taken off road. I’m shocked the door of my truck haven’t flown off while driving either from normal driving and vibrations as well since they have more miles than the cover did. So if you’re in the market for a cover don’t use Bakflip unless you want to make sure it’s secure on a regular basis because it apparently cannot hold up and don’t have Bullet install because they won’t tell you that you need to make sure the items they install need to be checked on a regular basis to make sure they don’t fall off as well. I guess I should’ve known that though when my driver side AMP Research step had to be fixed after a month of having it because it wouldn’t retract any longer. Plenty of other places to spend your money at. Like Pickups Plus, who told me they’ve never once heard of a tonneau cover just flying off unless there was manufacturer defect or it was poorly installed and got the same answers in a TRX forum that has over 71k members. Cheers to great customer service from Bullet!!!!

I got a spray on bed liner. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend them. It went quick about two hours. I waited in the lobby and the guys there was great. They answered all my questions and checked on me while I waited. Even the owner stopped and talked to me. Great local business and a great group of guys. I would highly encourage people to support it!

Fantastic people to deal with! Took my truck to them, dropped off after hours, they called first thing in the morning to verify what I wanted done and texted me when finished. Was able to pay over the phone and pick up after hours. The bed liner looks amazing! They did a fantastic job and the liner looks flawless! Thanks again for all the help and great work!

Andrew Gray was very helpful in explaining the process of getting a Patriot spray in bed liner for my new Ford F150. He also helped me become more comfortable about towing our new travel trailer. I would recommend Bullet for any accessories you need for a truck and will be using them for all my needs in the future.
