Bulldog Towing Service

After making a phone call to my insurance company, State Farm, A tow truck service man arrived within less than half an hour and got my battery charged and I am good to go. He was very prompt professional and efficient. State Farm is the best.

Super helpful and fast!! I called in for towing service this morning and they showed up not long after! The driver arrived (I'm not sure how to spell his name, but it began with a "T" and he had on a Mendota Wrestling sweatshirt) and he very helpfully gave my car a jump start. I didn't need the towing service after all, but I'm super thankful for the help I received!

From personal experience do not work with this towing company. We had our vehicle impounded and brought here and of our knowledge we thought all we needed was another person with a Valid DL accompanied by the owner. So we tried to pick up our vehicle and was told no by their employee named Dustin since my aunt had an expired passport but wanted to proof she’s the owner of the vehicle. He later treated my aunt very poorly & took advantage of her by telling her he was charging her a fee so she handed him the money thinking he was charging her for her to get her vehicle out but just took money from her. No receipt, just said gate fee but didn’t even tell her the amount. In the end we tried going the next day in which we called the after hours vehicle pickup number and was also treated very unfairly by that lady so then Dustin coming there at the office and got treated again very poorly. We went to the police station they told us we can get the vehicle if the person picking up the car has a valid driver’s license. They called the company to release us the vehicle but when we told them why the took advantage of my aunt and why they didn’t give her the vehicle that first day since the cops told us there shouldn’t have been an issue getting the car. They said the police called them to release the car to us of a onetime courtesy to us but it didn’t make sense to us bc why would the cops tell us it’s okay and then the towing company telling people a whole other story. In the end when searched online it doesn’t specify that vehicle owner needs a Valid ID it states person driving the vehicle needs a “Valid Drivers License”. In the end I told them show me where it states that besides them typing a piece of paper and printing it out and putting it on the window. In the end the police told us we should’ve had no issue getting the vehicle but yet charged us for 4 days and still wanted to charge us an additional $152 gate fee which is just outrageous! I really hope you guys pick another company who treats yall kind and isn’t money hungry. All they did was stress my aunt who is almost 60 and in the end we got her vehicle but after feeling belittled by this people I just want to help spread awareness of this company who treats customers like this. If I could give the 0 stars I would.

This was the second time I've had to get a tow this year, and Bulldog was helpful both times, responding quickly. My partner also dropped an item and left it behind in the truck and they were very helpful in finding it so that we could pick it up.

Never did I think a tow company could be so ignorant, rude, and racist. Just to take a vehicle out and everyone that works there has the same mentality just to make more money plus we gave the money to Dustin who drives the towtruck thinking that they would give us the vehicle he said your PASSPORT is not valid because it is expired she will not be driving the vehicle her daughter was she had a VALID DRIVE LICENSE and IT WAS NOT EXPIRED. Her mother is the registration owner who had the title and authorized her daughter to drive her vehicle. So unprofessional they have a really big ego and are so ignorant honestly don't know why Fresno PD works with people like this I hope someone sues them for racism.
