Buanno's Body Shop

I was rear-ended and brought my van in for repairs. Every person I dealt with at the shop was friendly and helpful. It seems to be a really great group. I got my van back looking better than it did before the accident. Not only was all of the work done professionally and well, but they even detailed the interior. Having kids in and out of the van all the time I know they must have spent some real time cleaning up and doing the detail work. They went above and beyond. I could not be happier with the work they did.

I'm absolutely shocked with all the positive reviews for Buanno's ! Buanno's caused more damage to my mother's car than when it was brought in for a simple insurance repair. They don't replace what parts they're paid to replace. Color match was terrible and the quality of the repair to the bumper that they were supposed to replace with a new one is horrendous. They put the wrong headlight on the Car as well. Buanno's also damaged the hood and 4 moldings that were perfectly fine before it was brought to them. After the car was picked up, my mother went back so they could fix the button on the driver's side power mirror. The father Mike Sr. was extremely rude to her and told her he didn't have time for her. Shocking that this shop has been in business for as long as they are. Poor quality and totally unprofessional... Save yourself a headache and bring your car elsewhere if you don't know these people personally..... That's the only reason I can think of why there's any good reviews for Buanno's body shop. They were left by friends or family. P.S. Google really needs to have a no Star option on their reviews.... It's not fair giving this shop that one star they're not worth it.

Excellent experience! Buanno’s Body Shop did a beautiful job on the body work and paint, and worked with our insurance company seamlessly. They delivered exactly as promised, and in addition, cleaned the interior as an added bonus! I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend this business!

Had a very large indent that was stopping my driver door from opening, but with my schedule I haven't been able to bring it anywhere for a full repair. Called and asked for an estimate just to fix the worst of it so I could get in and out of my car and was able to go right over. He had it pulled out and the door opening in less time than I expected even the estimate be done in! Will definitely return when I can get the full proper repair done. He even was able to put in a couple retainer clips I've been searching for for my back hatch panel so it stays in place finally.

By far a must go if you need work done. I am beyond impressed and pleased with their work. I brought my jeep in to have a dent that was actually told by other body shops would be a huge job. These guys were stand up honest and took care of the job for a third of what those other places were asking....please any work go check them out.
