As most have said the people seem like good and nice people but as a business not so much. I was quoted 8-10 days for repairs and it's been well over a month. I'm pretty understanding about delays and such just be straight with me from the start don't lie to me. I was told one thing and iv been let down several times so I can't in good faith give them more then 3 stars.

Deer hit me while driving down interstate, Browns Body Shop is in network with my insurance and after looking threw reviews seen they were my best option. The work took approximately 5.5 weeks mostly due to parts on back order. I did have a issue with over paint that was dripping and some scratches that they quickly fixed. Great service, very nice employees and quick to get you a answer to any questions.

I give a huge shout out to Browns from the phone call to have pinstripes installed on my 2019 f 250 super duty the staff was very professional and helpful. I contacted several places to do this work and most of them didn’t have the decency to even return my call and or give me an estimate on what it would cost to do the work. I called and in the am they ask if i was able to show up and get a better estimate so i went there in the afternoon and the fella in the pinstripe dept came up to take a look at what i was wanting said if you have time i can do it for you today. I waited for about 35 minutes and the job was completed. I will say i will be a customer of there’s anytime in need of a body shop. I was super pleased with the work so for whatever reason you need a body shop I recommend that you contact Browns for all your needs they will be sure to take care of you and your vehicles needs and treat you like family. Browns you are the best as far as I’m concerned thank you all so much for your willingness to help make my trucks appearance look so much better!
