There are many who are wary, with good reason, when seeking automotive help from businesses. Brown's is one of those rare businesses that harkens back to times when you were treated with respect, fairly, and given an honest price. They are simply the best when it comes to auto damage, make them your first and only stop. When the receptionist is so attentive as to offer to change the TV channel because of violence on it while you wait with your young child, you know you are in a good business that will take care of you.

Had a great experience with Lori and Michael. I had damage to my vehicle by a deer. They got me in quickly and repairs were done pretty quickly. The collection department did a great job!!!

I had a deep scratch on 2018 VW Tiguan mirror. I stopped in on 2/24/21 to schedule a quote. The service advisor michael came out right away looked at the mirror, took some photos and had a quote back to me in 5 minutes. The price was very reasonable and fair. I dropped my car off on Monday 03/01/21 and picked it up on 03/02/21. They washed and vacuumed my car out, plastic covers on the steering wheel and seat with a floor mat. I would absolutely recommend browns collision to anyone 10/10 Service

Mike did an excellent job on my car. And when I got it back it was clean and shining. you can’t even see where the damage was. I would definitely use them again if I had to.

Very, very disappointed with the work done on my 2023 F-150. I hit a turkey and shattered my entire windshield, which left glass dust & shards all inside my cabin. I ordered/bought the truck a few months ago through Brown’s, so figured I’d go with them for my repair- after having repairs done, the inside of my truck wasn’t cleaned at all. There were shards of glass in my backseat, glass dust all over the place and even a half empty can of glass cleaner spray in my backseat upon pickup! Called back afterward and let them know the situation, to which they had me come back for additional cleaning. After a second (rushed) cleaning, there’s STILL glass dust & pieces in my backseat. My glass dust-covered sunglasses were still untouched in my side compartment! Had to come home and vacuum/clean everything myself. Incredibly frustrating- when I had a minor fender bender a handful of years ago, my entire truck was cleaned and detailed by a different collision center. This time at Brown’s, with a completely shattered windshield, they barely even vacuumed the mess of glass remnants out of my cabin, let alone clean anything up! Crazy! Dealing with rep Todd was great, don’t want to complain about him, but the rest of the experience was awful!
