Had a horrible experience with this company a couple weeks ago. I wanted to share my experience with others so this knd of thing does not happen to others. I have towing service on my progressive policy and after I requested roadside assistance Brookwood was sent out. My car died on my driveway due to a bad starter. This happened on a Friday and I got a call on Monday from the shop letting me know the whole steering linkage bar was bent and the truck was not drivable and it is very likely it was the tow truck that caused the damages because they hooked the truck in the wrong spot. After having to replace the steering linkage and drive gear box so about 1100 hundred in damages the insurance and myself reached out to them so they could pay for damages and they absolutely said no and that's it. One of the tow drivers even went to the shop and acknowledged it was damaged by the original driver who hooked the truck and still refused to pay for damages. I need the truck for work so I could not afford to wait over a month just so they continue to investigate this nonsense so I just paid out of pocket for repairs. Hope this helps someone else to steer away from this company. They are not to be trusted with your vehicle.

It might seem counterintuitive to write a review when my car is still stuck.. but that's honestly the best case scenario! The team was responsive, helpful, and kind through our entire interaction. I explained that I really couldn't afford a lot out of pocket and that I really didn't know what getting the car out of it's spot entailed and not only did they ensure me they wouldn't do anything without talking to me, they also followed up with my insurance company afterwards to help me with the next steps forward. They even had another team member evaluate the situation to make sure they weren't missing anything. As unfortunate of a situation it is that I'm in, I'm super grateful for the help this team was able to provide.

Horrible towing experience. Driver refused to drop me off with my vehicle. Very mean. Cursed. Ignore my questions. Seemed aggravated and upset at his job. Don’t recommend. Not friendly person. Called the auto body and complain.

Outstanding experience. Quote was delivered within 5 minutes and was a third of the cost of the next most cost effective quote. I also had a quote over three time what these guys offered me. My vehicle was in and out in a timely fashion. The business owner, Melissa, was in communication during the entire process. She even went as far as notifying me that a part I had ordered to be replaced, was in fact damaged. She alerted me to contact the vendor. The part was installed and I see no problems, personally. Her attention to detail goes miles. The part vendor even sent a partial refund and these can have a beer on me with that money anytime.
