Unable to return parts in person. Which forces you to incur shipping charges. I had a vehicle total out and found that even though they are a local parts warehouse they charged me $9.90 to ship a part to me. Since the car totaled I needed to return the part. Now to return the part it will cost me $15.84.. So on a part that costed $32.56 it will cost me $25.74 in shipping charges. I only work 15 miles from this place and live less than 5 but are now forced to incur more charges because they won't return parts at the warehouse. Terrible business practices!!! I will never recommend Brock Supply to anyone.

Me. Brock, the owner, and his kids who work with him as part of the family business are some of the most honest, trustworthy business owners I ever met. No other website beats their prices. And all his staff are trained extremely well and will answer any questions you might have and are very helpful. I wish more parts in my car would break down so I can visit them more often. I wish I could give 10 out of five stars, this family business deserves it. I hope this family business stays in business for ever! Thanks Jerry Brock and his employees for taking such good care of me and other customers. I wish we had more honest businessmen like Brock Supply and their employees. I have nothing but love for the Brock family. I urge everyone to give their website a visit or give them a call. You won’t regret it! Ordered Prius tail lamp electronically through CCC 11/23. Brock Supply confirmed order and sent us a draft invoice. Good to go right? WRONG. Called 12/29 to ask where my order was. Spoke to Naomi. She stated the order had not been shipped because they needed credit card information. Was anyone from Brock going to call us and ask us for payment? Apparently not. Every other vendor I deal with that needs a prepayment, calls the shop within an hour of the order being placed to secure payment. After I got over my initial anger, I remembered that Brock did the same thing to me a couple of years ago. This is not the way to do business. I am done buying from this company.

Brock supply is great. Have dealt with them since the early eighties. Best prices out there on aftermarket auto parts. Great selection of supplies that our company uses on a daily basis as well. They have 3 warehouses so your merchandise arrives super fast too. Disregard the one star reviews. They simply don't know what they are talking about, or just like to complain. As far as quality, don't ever expect OEM quality from an aftermarket auto part. That being said, their parts have always performed as expected and I have yet to have a problem with a warranty replacement or refund.
