I can not say enough about the Bright Bay Lincoln service department. Janice was a gem, I never had a better experience with a service department. From Sue to the gentleman that checks the car in the experience was fantastic. This is coming from a 52 rear old man that buys a new car every 2-3 years. So I dealt with many car brands and many service department. None has compared to Bright Bay. When I am ready I will be buying another car from Bright Bay.

I am so thankful that I got my new Corsair at Bright Bay and switched dealers. I highly recommend them. Plus Service was so accommodating and everything went so smoothly. I unexpectedly needed a new tire on a Saturday. They got me in took care of it and I was able to get into the city to see a play that day without any delay. Exceptional team! Associate was honest and upfront. She did everything to meet our needs. Nothing went unturned. Even after we purchased the car she kept in touch to make sure if there was snugging else we required. Even came to our house to install weather truck mats that we ordered. Best service ever

The website is user friendly snd is where i found the car i wanted. The salesperson, Rosemarie, was professional, friendly, knowledgable and not pushy. The shop processed the paperwork quickly and accurately and delivered an immaculate car the next day.
