Amazing customer service! I rented a cargo van through this business and had a great experience. The check in and check out processes were quick with the expectations and rules for the rental clearly and simply explained. The lot was fenced in with multiple security cameras, so I felt safe leaving my car while I had the cargo van. They also had a large variety of trucks and other equipment on the lot. The two people I met were very friendly. Highly recommend for those looking to rent a truck or van for moving purposes.

Friendly and professional office staff. Dropped off the van after midnight and the owner of the company was there to assist me with the vehicle. Huge inventory of vehicles. Prompt,courteous and efficient is the best way to describe the the way the business is run. Fantastic, wonderful and outstanding is the best way to describe the people who work there.

Staff aren't very friendly at all. Customers are told to wait outside until they are ready to get to you. There is no shaded area for them to wait. It's just a gravel lot in the direct sunlight. They act more as though your business is an inconvenience. It's my honest opinion, from first hand experience, that they are geared more toward a race with the scanner as to which service gets to the science first. Next time I will only consider if no other service is available at the time.
