Bob Sumerel Tire

I have spent thousands of dollars at Sumeral tires and they have done all kind of mechanical work on all types of cars and motor homes. I was very disappointed with the, Karen, I talked to today named, Tom. I guess he's the scheduler /Receptionist. When I tried to schedule an appt. for one of my vehicles and he stated very rudely, after I was put on hold for so long I had to call back. We dont do that kind of work, and hung up on me. I called back and stated what do you mean? So he diagnosed my cars issue from my poor description of the cars problem. He must be a freaking millionaire with that skill, no wonder why he's answering phones for a living. So I asked, Are you refusing to look at my car based on what I've stated to include a tune up. He then changed his tune and gave me a ridiculous date about a month away for an appointment. I will take my future business elsewhere Bob Sumeral, if that's the kind of people you let represent you. This Karen, (Tom the phone man), needs to find a different job if he's not happy in his and treats customers like this. Happy New Year, Bob Sumerel Tires !

Horrible customer service from Rick. Didn’t fix the problem with my dump truck. Rick said they could fix it but all they did was a process of elimination. Truck is still not running and they kept it for over a month and a half or longer. They put a coat hanger where they broke all of the clips and didn’t tell me. Ruined the starter from over use. I could go on and on about this experience. I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor management and customer service. They do not deserve any stars!! Thousands of dollars down the drain.

In Athens, my tire got slashed, and since I work in Ravenna, I needed a quick fix. Fortunately, I was able to drop off my flat tire, and the very next day, I retrieved it. I didn't want to leave my car behind because I rely on it for work, but the staff kindly offered me a discount since I didn't intend to utilize their labor. On the day of pickup, after making the payment, I wheeled the tire out to my car to reinstall it using my car jack. As I was in the midst of raising my stock-jack outside Bob Sumerel Tire, an employee named Connor noticed me. It's worth noting that this happened just five minutes before closing time, and all the employees were tidying up. Despite this, Connor rushed out with an industry-standard jack and was surprised that I hadn't requested assistance. He even hurried back inside to fetch his impact tool to tighten the lug nuts. Overall, the customer service at this establishment, from the front office to the mechanics, was exceptional. I highly recommend bringing your car here; they will take good care of it.

Walked in to get 4 tires, waited about an hour if that and walked out a satisfied customer. Relaxed atmosphere everyone was friendly and respectful. Best price in town. I'm all about supporting the mom and pop shops, definitely will be back.

Returning home to MI from NY we had a tire issue on I80. The stem separated and the tire was losing air. It was 15 minutes after the store closed and yet the staff was willing to help us to fix our tire. They stayed late and got us underway. They treated us more than fair and were a great group of people to deal with. If you are looking for an honest and fair place to go for tires I would recommend this store.

I have had work done there check engine lite kept coming on they never stopped working on it till the problem was resolved I highly recommend them very informative helpful kind and they truly care thanks guys you are very much appreciated
