I started taking my car and my son’s car to Bob’s last year and have been very satisfied with the service. Fair quotes and prices—they fix what needs fixing and aren’t looking to add on extra stuff. They will give you and honest opinion of what needs to be done—and what does not. Good, thorough, high quality.

Took my car here on 6/13/24. My car had 104205 miles on it the sticker they put on my car has 107205 miles. Today the car has 105640 miles on it as of this review on 7/2/24 my car has issues with the back rear tire making noise now and the check engine light has been on for a week now. Came to my attention to check my engine and come to find that the Engine coolant reservoir is dry and empty! Take with that as you will. I paid for a complete Lube, Oil. And filter service which does include engine coolant it's on the receipt. They did not give me any coolant it wouldn't be empty this fast! I took photos and have them time stamped. Never taking another vehicle here ever again.

They sent out my truck not running correctly, 2 days later it left me stranded on the road, called Bob's, paid extra to tow it from Wausau to Merrill, 4 days later he hadn't even looked at it. When I asked why, he said he'll get to it maybe this week, maybe next week or the week after. I waited 2 weeks for my original appointment, the truck was sent out not running correctly, and I paid him in full. Do yourself a favor, take your vehicle to a mechanic that does honest work, and fixes their mistakes. He was rude, made me feel awful, and threatened me to get my truck off his property by the end of the day when I told him it wasn't right to leave me waiting for weeks on something he should have fixed the first time. Rip off
