Took my Telluride in for a recall repair on the power seats. This is how the seat of my vehicle looked upon return to me. Called and left a message requesting a phone call, which never came. Called again and was told “it’s all good”, which it clearly wasn’t. To have this looked at required a “drop off” or an appt. Visited my regular mechanic who fixed the seat back. Cannot believe the Kia shop allowed my car to leave looking like this. Hope the warranty work in the seat was better quality.
