I have AAA, but knew it was going to be some time before they would show up. I was very concerned about the dog. I called John and asked if he could get into it. He was there in ten minutes. He was in and the dog was rescued within 15 minutes of being locked in. No damage to the car and a happy dog. Thanks for the excellent service, I know it was your day off.
