My son was driving my truck in San Diego and the engine began knocking. We live 2 hours away so I called around to get someone to check it out before he drives home. Nobody could look at it. I got ahold of Blades and he understood the urgency and told me to have him take it in, even though they were busy and couldn’t work on it today. He checked it out and diagnosed the problem quickly and my son was able to drive it home. Great customer service. Thank you!
