BJ's Tire Center

I just got new tires yesterday and TPMS sign came on already. Calling them to know when can I come to check it out but like always they NEVER pick up the phone in Tire Bay. Either BJ'S need more people to work at this location or get responsible/trained technician.

I called and the lady tells me that the tire center opens at 9 am and is 9:20 and nobody is inside the waiting area. I see other costumers trying to open the door

Jason I believe was the tech's name, did a great job on my new tires. He took the car in exactly on time and despite being the only worker was able to take care of my car, answer the phones and help a walk in customer within the 90 minute window he initially gave me. Car was treated respectfully and I had no issues at all with the experience.

I did call many times to speak to someone and finally when one of the employees answered the phone he had an attitude. I have been a member for more than 10 years and I never had this problem. These guys they forgot that they are getting paid and for them to get paid they need us: the members. What a jerk.

I purchased 4 tires off the website to have installed at the club. Bring in my truck and I am told that the tires are not there and that my appointment is not on the schedule. After calling customer service they tell me that my order was canceled. However no one decided to tell me. I received no phone call or email about the cancelation. I ask to speak to a manager and they say that a manager will call me back. After I wait till the following day I still did not get a call back. So I have to call customer service again and finally get a manager. All they do is keep apologizing for the inconvenience and then tell me that those tires are on back order till November. But they don't attempt to make the situation right. Stay away!

I was there today morning to do plug repair but unfortunately when I got there, the employee have told me the lift are not working even though they have three so I told him hey I just have a nail in my tire you don’t need to lift up the whole car just one side jacket up. The guy kept saying well. I cannot do it because it doesn’t have the parts. These guys are sleeping getting paid and we are here paying for BJ’s membership and this type of service you get this is so ridiculous.
