RUN don't Walk away from this location. I ONLY bought a bjs membership to buy tires/other work if needed. Well I have a 2014 GMC terrain that needed some new TPMS sensors installed. I bought some on ebay and asked if they could install them. I was told no you have to purchase ours. So i did. Ever since they replaced them the two driver side modules have been going in and out. Dealing with it for months because The tire center never answers thier phone. Well they finally did. I told them what the problem was and what was happeneing... he reset them all again with thier tool and then said it was a problem with the Car system not recognizing. I shook my head and left. I then called every Chevy/GMC dealer in our area and NONE of them have ever performed the replacement of a vehicle tire system. BECAUSE they ALL said it was the Sensors... Never going back DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE. I will be spending more money at a more reliable place to have the work done correctly.

Service sucks! I bought my tires a year ago and when I call to get an appointment to have one repaired that has a nail in it I’m told the first appointment I can get is in 2 1/2 weeks from now. I definitely won’t be buying my next set of tires there.

All 4 tires needed re-balancing. BJ's said it would take 90 minutes and I'm not close by so I wish I just would have went with a local service and gotten it done right the first time. If you are able to go twice then maybe the price is worth it for you. wasn't for me.

Do Not Use..... They do not understand how to but a lug nuts on. Had to take my Jeep back to the dealer to have my lug studs fix, due to BJ's stripping out the lug studs.

Doing tires at BJ's for years, always quality and fast service with an appointment.

Awful customer service. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM BJS! So I bought 4 brand new Michelin tires from BJS a couple weeks ago for my X5. As far as install they did fine and seem competent. The guy was friendly and I had him look up to see if he could get me tires for another car I own with weird tire sizes. We spoke for awhile and I admitted that I do not usually buy tires from BJs. I admitted that I own 8 cars and typically do business with Warren Tire. He pointed out the free services I get when I buy from BJs. Free rotations, free road side hazard, etc. So I thought maybe I will continue going here for tires. Fast forward to Friday 2/28/25. I hit a pothole and have a shredded tire, can't be fixed. Was thankful to pull into a Lowes parking lot. I immediately call BJS Tire in Saratoga. No answer, voicemail. Call several more times no answer at all. It's 10AM on a Friday. I left several messages, and you know what? I still have heard nothing from them and it's Sunday March 2nd. What good does your roadside hazard do if you can't get ahold of them? I told them I was stuck, no concern, no response. Sitting in the Lowes parking lot I decided I would have the car towed to Warren Tire instead of BJS. Sadly BMW gives you no spare so I could not change the tire myself and a can of fix a flat was not gonna help me in this situation. I like BJ's, but not for tires. You know what happened when I called Warren Tire? Someone immediately answered the phone and told me they will look at it immediately once it arrives on the tow truck. I am not sure if they give me that service cause I am a great customer or what. But that is the service you need, especially when you need help. Do yourself a favor and buy tires from a tire store who can help you should you run into problems.
