Great facility coming from California. I expected the services to take an extended period of time. However, I was absolutely shocked at how fast the service went painless trouble free. The only issue they had mentioned the radial force balancer was not working and my other vehicle I would want them balanced using this I feel it would require it even if it cost me more money.

Not a happy customer. I went there for an oil change, tire rotation, and to get a screw out of my tire. They only rotated one side, and now I have a missing lug nut. I got home and noticed the screw was still in my tire as well.. smh. This is not a trustworthy place. I noticed that most of the staff/workers were sitting and playing on their phones as well. I won't be going back.

Big O Havasu is the only place for me when it comes to tires, wheels, alignment and other suspension needs. With my recent visit i dealt with both Dave and Chris, they both went above and beyond to make sure my wants were taken care of. Big thanks to the entire team. Bob May

Good experience. Christopher greeted us as soon as we arrived and we were helped in a timely manner. He helped us pick out new tires for our son’s car that look nice but were also reasonably priced. We also had an oil change service done. We left his car and they called us when it was done. Only took less than two hours and they were busy but they get the job done.
