Big O Tires

I bought my tires from there. I called today to schedule tire rotation. They said they were taking walk-ins only and there was only a couple cars there. I drove there in 15 minutes and the place was full. The guy at the counter said it would be a 2 to 3 hr wait because they had 5 cars getting new tires ahead of me. After someone telling me on the phone I would be taking care of quick. Waste of gas, waste of time, and I feel like it was a waste of money buying from here. Once they get your money, you don't matter.

Compared with dealerships, the regular maintenance is much cheaper. And for this particular shop, it is in neighborhood of Milpitas library where you got free WiFi and quiet place, it takes 3 minutes to walk over to the library to continue with your work while waiting.

We hmget oil change done here regularly and have also bought tyre's from them. They are really professional and thorough. They didn't charge for diagnostics for our vehicle when they figured the issue was something the dealership needed to check. Very happy with their service and rates.

Today, they fixed our flat tire caused by a nail – for free- even we purchased the tires from them a year ago. They efficiently removed the nail, patched the tire, and resolved the issue. Additionally, the team went above and beyond by checking the oil level, adding window washer fluid, and inspecting the brake pads. Every staff member was friendly and professional, especially Juan, who managed my car service. He also reminded me about the importance of proper car maintenance to save money, noting that neglecting a car can lead to expensive repairs. Because of my personal experience, I strongly recommend this store, not just for their excellent service but also for their custom-oriented approach. I learned that they also offer alignment, brake, and oil change services besides tire maintenance. You can trust their work will always exceed expectations.
