Big Diesel Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair

Guy was 3 hours late when I stated on the phone I needed to be at work by a certain time. No call and no text to explain he was late or that he was even still coming he just showed up randomly. Spent about 45 minutes on his phone. Spent another 30 minutes looking for tools. Said he had no testers or diagnostic tools with him. I have a bad alternator and just needed it replaced. Claimed It needed 2 batteries and new belts even tho I explained they were all replaced 6 months ago. After about 2 and a half hours of this I ended up leaving for work and broke down on the highway on the way to work because the alternator was bad like I said it was and had proof of this. Eveytime I brought up the alternator in conversation with him it was immediately dismissed and more blame was put on Squeaky belts. I woke up this morning to text messages from the owner stating that I owed them $450 and that If I didn't pay he was gunna continue to harass me. And that Noone could stop him from getting to me. What kind of business threatens someone like that? And what the hell would I pay $450 for when he guy literally did nothing but tape up some loose wire. Aside from that I ended up getting a tow to a shop near where I was and got a new alternator installed. And surprise surprise the truck ran great again! Between the tow and the alternor work I ended up spending about $425. So again why would I spend $450 on the other guy that literally did nothing🤔

They came to my store to buy batteries, which we sold. Several days later they returned the used battery cores and we gave them a credit. They then contacted their credit card company and disputed the sale (even though they returned the cores, right?) The credit card company reversed the sale, so they essentially STOLE the batteries from us to resell to their customer. So... end of story? THEY ARE THIEVES !!!

beware !!!! called them 2pm needed roadside service on route 476, for trailer lady we spoke to said hour to hour and half tech would be their, after 2 hours driver called them back and they said hes on his way maybe he ran into traffic. after waiting 3 hours called them again , she was very rude, and said let me call him again , after that she didn't pickup our calls and nobody came. had to find another roadside after waiting over 3 plus hours for them. Horrible experience

I agree with B Singh roadside technician had told us it was going to take 2 hrs top to get to us we called after 2 hrs of waiting and he said he had caught a flat also that we would have to wait 1 more hr because he didn’t have tire on him after another hour and 30 minutes I called nd was told he was 20 minutes away with a giggle because I said I fell to sleep waiting it’s been 4 hours and 23 minutes and no sign of technician do not call this place

They were very professional and courteous. Rendered great service, quality work. Would def use them again, hopefully not soon lol.
