Big Brand Tire & Service

Previously wrote a review on the Big Brand Tire store in Murrieta. Today was in the Temecula area and visited the Big Brand on Jefferson Blvd to get some service on the Toyota Camry Brake fluid and Power steering flush, Met Rio the service manager was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Rio got me in for service right a way. Didn’t meet any of the service crew this time around, the service was quick and the results was great! I would highly recommend this shop if you live or near the area.

Woke up to a low tire. Found a screw on my way to work. Big Brand Tire Service was quick to check it out and work on it right away. Staff were really friendly. The best part, they fixed it for free. I would definitely recommend this shop for your tire needs. Too bad I just bought new tires or I would have checked them out.

Excellent service. Rio Reyes was very helpful and recommended the right tires for my vehicle AND my budget. Made me feel comfortable with my choice and had me in and out in approx. 90 minutes. Love that they included an allignment with the purchase of new tires and that they include free tire rotations and flat repairs for the life of the tires. I will most likely start doing all my routine maintenance here instead of the dealership.

I’ve been buying my tires from the same guy since I moved to Temecula in 1998 Rio was the first guy who was able to give me a better deal. Nice shop and great customer service! I’ll be back!

Editing to add resolution: after posting this review the Manager Rio was able to assist in ensuring I received a refund for the alternator and associated labor. Unfortunately I have to post a negative review due to lack of action and communication. I had an alternator replaced at this shop last year which turned out to not be the right fit for my vehicle. I gave the shop the opportunity to make things right and was told I'd receive a refund. It has now been nearly four months since we returned the alternator in September '2024 and after we have followed up with the manager Rio we still have no resolution. We are told he is waiting on the corporate office. I am out the money I paid for the both the labor and the alternator and I had to pay Honda to redo the work. Not fair. I can unfortunately no longer recommend this shop.

Rio, Henry, and Danny did an amazing job on my truck. I bring all three of my cars here. Very personable and very experienced in their work. Would recommend to anyone. Having problems come in down. They will take care of you.

Stopped in on my lunch break to have them look at one of the tires on my daughter‘s car. I was in and out within 15 minutes. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. They fix the tire didn’t try to upsell me anything and sent me on my way. I will definitely be coming back here and sending my family as well. I trust that they won’t try to take advantage of my wife or daughter.

I can't remember the name of the person who helped me, but I am a gig worker on a budget. I needed essential maintenance to continue working safely. I was able to get all four tires replaced and an oil change, which can be expensive since my car requires premium synthetic oil. Thankfully, all of this work was completed within my budget, and I was able to book my appointment just 24 hours in advance.

Rio was extremely helpful and his staff did an outstanding job to provide an oil change service at the last minute for my boyfriend Rene that was driving an Enterprise Fleet vehicle, Nissan Versa. Rio and staff were courteous, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Big Brand Tire & Services there. THANK YOU GENTLEMAN!!!!🙏
