Big Brand Tire & Service

I'm a repeat customer at Big Brand Tire and Service. They have to stay on their toes because the competition is stiff. They are able to do so through good hiring and complete service, without being pushy. I never feel like I'm being upsold on products and every person I speak with is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The edge they have over their closest competitor with similar qualities is that Big Brand Tire can do alignment and other services all under one roof.

Today I had one of the best customer experience and service in a long time. I wasn’t able to see why my tire was leaking non stop and they saw that my rim was cracked. They recommended me a welder place, searched for new 17’s and gave me a few options to fix and replace my issue. Shoutout for Alex at reception and Angel the mechanic for being kind, informative, extremely helpful and friendly. I hope I don’t have another issue to have to come back but if I do, I would go back without a doubt! Thank you

I'm not sure what the point of an appointment is if your car doesn't get touched for hours. Customer service on the phone was good, the guys up front were cool, and the price for the tires was fair. However, after being told my car would take 1.5-2 hours, it didn't get started until 2 hours later, and I got it back 2 hours after that. 4 hours for a tire replacement is just ridiculous. Can't say I'll be coming back here.

Great customer service and mechanical expertise. Two members of the shop stayed late and took their time with my vehicle as if it was their own. They mounted four brand new wheels and tires to make my vehicle look amazing. Greatly appreciate Angel and Mikes efforts.
