Better Buy Muffler & Brakes

I called and I guess the Service Advisor was in the middle of a very heated conversation because she yelled at me while i was saying hello lol, then i said oh wow and asked if they serviced starters because I wasnt sure from the internet and she said dripping with attitude "what?" I repeated myself but because she was still yelling in the background I said nevermind and hung up. I work customer service in the automotive field and Im surprised she has a job 😆 just wow.

Trevor's tire gave me a 300 dollar quote. Better muffler 75 dollars with my part. Saved my self and was pleased with their work.

Tried to scam me. I had rear brakes done here when they were finished the guy told me i needed my front brakes changed badly. But I had my front brakes changed literally 1.5 weeks before and the fact they never looked at my front brakes in the first place. All they did was my rear brakes and my rims are solid so they can't see my brakes or rotors without removing my front tires. I told the guy they changed my front brakes 1.5 weeks before and he tried to say my rotors were dangerous. The place that changed my front brakes ( quiet line) told me my front rotors were fine. And changed my front pads Go somewhere they're not going to scam you

Nope! Go elsewhere was recommended here by my family because they know Calvin was told they test drove my car twice and the issue was my rear hub bearing! Nonetheless I got my car back drove on the highway and was still having the same issue went back up there they tried to say my rear tire was the issue and it needed to be replaced…They did not mention that the first time when they called and quoted me a price….Went elsewhere and got the issue fixed and it was definitely not the tire!!! Waste of $200 would definitely not recommend this place!!!! Btw Mrs. Eyebrow lady do better at your job she acted as if she was not to knowledgeable about the services performed I couldn’t take her serious the eyebrows was throwing me off. I should’ve stuck to Mayfair Auto right next door because they do an awesome job but my family told me to try them out 1/10 would not go back!

Could not turn left for the last few days. My co workers talk about your business. Decided to make the call to get my car checked out. Turns out, needed a new sway link. Less then 100$ later and I’m back on the road. Thank you so much. Also they’ve been in business for 20+ years! Highly recommend them.
