Bob Berube completely scammed me! Gave me a set price on the work for 1,600$. He gave nor did he talk about any room for error. Broke bolts on a exhaust manifold after telling me multiple times how great of condition the vehicle is in. Originally told me 1 day for the job, called me after they broke the bolt, said it could take 3-5hours, i told him how understanding i was as ive run into these problems myself working on cars, which led into a week, and then after talking to him after a week he told me another week. After talking to him multiple times through the job he finally decided to get his team to work on the car after it sat not being worked on for many days. I originally went in for an inspection sticker and an oil change. He said front rotars and pads need to be done "they are at 20%", I did this job myself and the brakes were fine at over 50%. When I went in for another sticker a month later he said your oil filter housing is compromised, "and it has been for a long time, who does your oil changes"? I said "you do why didn't you tell me about this last time when you literally changed the oil filter". In my short time dealing with Bob Berube I have seen at least 5 disgruntled customers. And the more I ask, the more I hear negative things about this establishment. I am currently pursuing legal claims against this man and his shop.

I bought a car from Carvana and the garage was able to get me in quickly because it needed new brakes. The owner was very friendly and helpful. My car was done in a couple of hours. Definitely recommend whether you buy from Carvana or any other place.

Great customer service!!! Called 15 auto repair shop and most of them already fully booked, some until September. Call and talk to Bob and he told me that they will be able to check and fix my car. Highly recommend!!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Bob is always understanding and accommodating. He is straight with you, and will work with you. My husband and I refuse to go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a good place to take your car, I HIGHLY recommend Berube’s.

I had the worst experience with Pep Boys in Auburn and needed to find another garage asap. I called Berubes and spoke with Bob, he assured me I had called the right place. In 3 hours he had my truck diagnosed, approved with warranty company and fixed. Hands down the best service I have ever had. I would highly recommend this garage, they go above and beyond for their customers! Thank you so much!
