I came in for a pre-purchase inspection & Jeff was the mechanic for it. He was super easy to talk to, down to earth, answered all my questions and helped me feel very assured in moving forward with purchasing my vehicle. Phillip checked me in and out, and same as Jeff, courteous and respectful. It was also super affordable. Highly, highly recommend!!

Took my 65 Tbird in for an alignment yesterday. It's really difficult for me to let others work on my car but this was just something I didn't have the tools or expertise to handle. They performed the alignment quickly and at a great price. Even took the time to explain to me how they adjusted slightly out of factory specs due to the specs being written with bias ply tires in mind. When I find myself with another job on the old bird that I can't handle myself, I'll absolutely bring it back to Bert's.

We traveled to Duncan for a softball tournament and our AC went out. Called Bert’s when we’re about an hour away and they were able to squeeze us in last minute. They were so nice, fast and efficient. Truly wish they were located in our home town!

All I can say is “wow”! I called and asked if I could bring in a vehicle that my family was looking to purchase. They accommodated my requests. We brought it and they were able to get it in, give us an honest assessment in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service was above and beyond. We dealt with Philip (I think that was his name) and he did a great job. If we are ever in this area again, we will only Deal with Bert’s!

Had something in my gear shifter start to go out and these guys were awesome. They tried to save me some money by buying after market parts, but they didn’t fit. So they ordered from the dealer and gave me a great deal for the inconvenience. Phillip was great throughout the whole ordeal. Would recommend!
